Fund a new Amazon Slots account and a single Mega Reel spin unlocks. The banner puts the top prize at 500 Starburst free spins at 10x wagering, and the reel is a game of chance. The prize does not land whole either. The terms credit 50 of those 500 automatically and leave the other 450 to be claimed by email if you are lucky enough to land on it. Anything the spins return is bonus money, and it converts no further than your lifetime deposits, £250 at the very most.
Amazon Slots is one of Jumpman Gaming’s UK brands, at amazonslots.com. The welcome offer is a prize wheel rather than a fixed bonus, and the number on the banner isn’t the amount that reaches your account.

Win 500 Spins, Get 50
Your first deposit unlocks a single spin of the Mega Reel. The banner puts the top prize at 500 Starburst free spins, and the terms call the reel a game of chance in which no prize is guaranteed.
Land the headline figure, and this is what the terms then say. “Should you win 500 free spins, you will receive 50 free spins automatically. To claim your remaining spins, you must email us.” So 50 arrive on their own, and 450 sit behind a support email you have to write yourself. The site does not say how long that takes.
The promotions page asks for £10 to fund the reel while the FAQ says you need to deposit £20 or more to receive a bonus through it. Two more rules cost people the offer entirely. If you close the Mega Reel pop-up, it won’t be credited again. Use the Quick Deposit route, and bonuses do not apply automatically, so you have to contact support for those as well.
Whatever the reel pays lands as bonus at 10x wagering.
What the Site Never Says About the Name
The licensee is Jumpman Gaming Limited, on Gambling Commission account 39175. The site presents itself as inspired by the Amazon rainforest.
Nowhere on amazonslots.com is there a line separating the brand from the retailer of the same name. No statement of non-affiliation, no trademark notice, nothing of the kind on any page of the site.
Two details push the other way. The homepage marketing copy uses the word Prime twice. The loyalty trophies pay out an Amazon voucher at 200 collected, with bonus reels unlocking along the way. The confusion has lasted because the operator has never written a sentence to end it.
The Daily Wheel, and What No Deposit Means
Amazon Slots has no no deposit bonus. Instead, it offers the Daily Wheel, a promotion the terms make available to every registered player with no deposit needed. The two aren’t the same, and the difference matters.
One spin a day, at no cost. It resets at midnight, and an unused spin expires at 23:59. Like the Mega Reel, it runs on chance, and its prizes are free spins on named slots, with the same 10x wagering requirement, rather than cash.
The terms then apply as normal. Wins are bonus, under the same conversion cap, and anything you take from the wheel expires 7 days after it is awarded. On an account that has never deposited, the cap is £50, so £50 is the real maximum on a Daily Wheel run.
Code PRO, Cashback and the Friday Hour
PRO is advertised openly and never expires. Put £20 or more in, enter the code, and the reel that opens pays between 50 and 500 spins at the standard 10x. It works once per week, Monday to Sunday, and only funded accounts qualify. Any other code you see comes by email and is good for that day alone.
The rest of the September board ran as follows.
- Weekly Cashback. 5% of net spend, measured on eligible slots, paid every Friday in real cash with nothing to wager off it. Minimum payout £0.10, slots only, and the operator calls it discretionary.
- Turbo Reel. Fund £100 or more in one go, and you have a random chance to unlock it, with the winning segments then jumping to 50 or 500 spins.
- Friday slots hour. 8pm to 11pm, with a £250 real cash prize pool shared on a leaderboard and no minimum bet to enter.
- Monthly cash giveaway. September offered five prizes of £400, where every £10 staked on a named slot between 1 and 30 September bought one entry. Winners are emailed by 10 October and have 7 days to claim. The draw runs across every Jumpman UK site, not just this one.
- A network slots promotion with a £25,000,000 pool and a closing date of 3 March 2027. You must opt in first.
Cashback returns money rather than a bonus.
Where the Conversion Cap Bites
The wagering rate is 10x the bonus that landed, plus any unfinished turnover from an earlier one. Bonus stakes are the only ones that move that figure, and your own money always goes down before any bonus does.
Then the maximum. The cap on what turns into real money is your lifetime deposits, with £250 the hard limit. Never funded the account, and that figure is £50. If you ask for a withdrawal before the wagering is finished, you forfeit whatever bonus remains. Leave the account alone, and it goes anyway, because bonus balances and pending offers are removed once your last login is more than 7 days old.
Three further rules sit under that. Bonus money cannot be played on progressive jackpots, live casino, table games or bingo, and neither blackjack nor roulette counts toward wagering, whatever the variant. Promotional prizes lapse 7 days after you are notified. The promo games themselves may also carry a fee to play, which the terms state alongside the statement that they are games of chance.
Amazon Slots Withdrawals
Every request sits in pending for 72 hours before anything moves. The terms then add one to five working days, so plan on about a week between asking and the money arriving.
Payouts land on a registered card. Money never leaves via Pay by Mobile, and the terms say nothing about paying out to an e-wallet. The terms and the FAQ don’t list a minimum withdrawal amount, and neither document mentions a withdrawal fee.
Verification sets the pace on a first cashout. Document review takes around 3 working days. If it passes, a pending withdrawal is processed within 24 hours. If it fails, the balance gets the money back within 48 hours.
Paying In
The minimum is £10. Paysafecard, Pay by Mobile, PayPal, Apple Pay, Neteller and Skrill are all on the cashier, and the debit card options are Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. The account runs in GBP only, and it can hold up to three registered cards.

One method costs extra. Pay by Mobile deposit adds a £2.50 transaction charge, and nothing else is charged on the way in.
Verification requires a photo ID with a selfie, proof of address dated within the last 3 months, and proof of payment with the middle eight digits of the card covered. One more charge applies to the account, not a transaction. If you leave the account 365 days without a sign-in, it starts losing £5 every 30 days.
Is Amazon Slots a Scam?
No. Jumpman Gaming Limited holds licence 039175-R-319452-025 under Gambling Commission account 39175. Remote Bingo and Remote Casino both date from 1 November 2014; the register records zero regulatory actions, and the account carries 234 domains. The licensee is an Alderney company, number 1858, and Alderney’s Gambling Control Commission regulates it outside the UK.
Two things are missing, not wrong. Customer funds carry the “Not Protected” rating, the weakest of the three bands the Commission uses, and the site states it outright. Customer balances are not protected in the event of insolvency. No page claims independent testing certification, and there is no eCOGRA seal in the footer.
eCOGRA does handle disputes. Complaints are emailed to complaints@jumpmangaming.com, acknowledged within 48 hours, and due a determination within 8 weeks. GamStop is wired in. A self-exclusion lasts at least six months and reaches every Jumpman account within 24 hours; Take a Break tops out at six weeks, and both deposit limits and affordability checks are handled network-wide rather than site by site. Day to day, live chat covers weekdays only, 9 AM until 4 PM, email runs to a 2 business day target, and there is a web form. The site lists no telephone number.
Two Apps, Two Stars Apart
Both stores carry one. On iPhone, the listing is called Amazon Slots Real Money Casino, published by Jumpman Gaming Limited and rated 4.1 from 437 ratings. It runs at version 4.5, was updated on 24 July 2026 and first appeared in December 2022.
Its Android counterpart, Amazon Slots Real Money Games, rates 2.0 from 575 reviews against more than 100,000 downloads, and was updated on 2 September 2026. That is a two-star gap on the same brand from the same publisher, which is unusual enough to read both listings yourself before installing either.
The operator points at only one of them. The single app link on the site sits in the FAQ of its bingo page and goes to Android. No App Store link appears anywhere.
Bingo at Amazon Slots
The bingo section runs in its own lobby, with ten rooms in total. No ticket prices are published on any page of the site, so you only see what a game costs once you are logged in.
The ball formats do not line up either. The rooms run 90-ball and 80-ball. The site doesn’t name the software behind the lobby.
Slot Providers and the Live Casino
Slots, casino, live casino and Slingo all have live sections beside the bingo. The homepage names NetEnt, Microgaming, Playtech and Eyecon among the studios supplying them.
The operator lists the library as 800-plus on its homepage. Treat any single figure on the site with that in mind.
A sportsbook is definitely absent. The licence covers Remote Bingo and Remote Casino, with no betting entitlement, so there can’t be one here without the licence changing first.

Amazon Slots Sister Sites
Two hundred and thirty-four domains sit on the single licence account behind this brand. We review five of them.
For the other brands on account 39175, see our Jumpman Gaming sites index. The cashier, wagering rate, and conversion cap are identical on each of them. What differs is the theme and which promo game runs the welcome.

Review Verdict
Amazon Slots gives regular players more than most of its stablemates. The Daily Wheel hands every account holder one spin a day for nothing, Friday cashback returns 5% of weekly net slots spend as cash with nothing to turn over, and code PRO sits in plain sight on the offers page instead of arriving by email, coming round again every Monday for anyone putting in £20. Account 39175 has held its Remote Bingo and Remote Casino entitlements since 2014 and the register is clean. Self-exclusion and affordability checks cover the whole Jumpman estate at once, and there is a real app on both stores.
The welcome is where it comes apart. The banner sells 500 free spins on a 10x wagering bonus, 50 of them are credited, and the other 450 depend on you writing to support and waiting. Everything the reels return is then capped by what you have paid in, which is £50 on a fresh account. Player funds carry the Commission's lowest protection rating, no independent testing body is named anywhere on it, Android sits at 2.0 stars against 4.1 on iPhone, and live chat shuts at 4pm and stays shut at weekends. It also publishes no line at all distinguishing itself from the retailer whose vouchers it hands out. It scores 2.5, and the distance between the 500 on the banner and the 50 in the account is most of the reason.
