Buzz Bingo Review

You may know Buzz’s land-based bingo halls dotted around the country, but Buzz Bingo also has its own online site at buzzbingo.com. This review covers the online side.

Most searches are for the no deposit spins, a bonus code or the login. All three are answered below.

Buzz Bingo Stats

10 Free Spins on Rainbow Riches, No Deposit

Register at buzzbingo.com as a new player and you don’t pay anything in. Buzz credits a £2 bonus when registration is complete and you accept it through a pop-up message. That’s 10 spins at 20p on Rainbow Riches.

The 10x wagering applies to the whole £2. You have to play £20 on the same Rainbow Riches slot before any pending winnings or leftover bonus can be withdrawn.

The spins last 90 days from the time they’re issued, and after that any remaining bonus and pending winnings are removed. Once the bonus is active, stakes from the bonus balance are capped at 10p a spin. Cash in your account is used before the bonus balance.

The offer has run since 27 May 2026, with no end date in the terms. You can claim it once.

The £20 Slots Welcome Bonus

The same sign-up makes you eligible for Buzz’s main Slots Welcome Bonus. Within 14 days of the exact time you registered, deposit at least £10 in total and stake at least £10 of cash on the qualifying slots.

There are 10 of them, every one a King Kong or Fishin’ Frenzy title, from King Kong Splash to Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways and The Big Catch. The bonus is £20, paid as 10p spins on the same games to a maximum of 200, with 10x wagering on the full amount.

Miss the 14 days and you lose the chance of any welcome offer.

Only debit card, PayPal and Apple Pay payments count. Prepaid cards and Paysafecard don’t.

Stake on those slots first and you rule yourself out of Buzz’s separate bingo welcome offer, which has its own terms. The stake can also be placed in the Casino or Slots tabs at buzzcasino.com or in the app.

Buzz Bingo Bonus Codes and Promo Codes

Don’t bother hunting the internet for bonus codes to claim the welcome package. You’ll receive the 10 no deposit free spins by simply registering an account and accepting the pop-up. The slots bonus needs a qualifying deposit and stake, not a code.

However, re-deposit bonus codes are issued to existing customers, letting them claim free spins, bingo bonus money and game bonuses. Buzz sends these in several ways, the most common being email. Make sure to allow emails from buzzbingo.com to reach your inbox, as they may get lost in spam.

Where a code goes depends on the game. A slots or free spins code goes in the Bonus Code box under My Account and My Bonuses. A bingo bonus code goes in the bingo lobby instead, through the Menu icon and Enter Bonus Code.

Buzz publishes no standing public code for existing players, and none for free play. The nearest thing in September was the daily Bingo and Slots Spinner, one free play a day for a guaranteed prize until 30 September 2026.

If offers disappear from your account altogether, the help centre gives the reason. Buzz has to pause bonuses and marketing when a player’s betting changes sharply in a short time.

Link Room Nights and Other Promotions

The promotions page has bingo, slots and club tabs. In September, the Link Room carried the biggest regular bingo prizes, with 10p tickets and up to 100 per game.

Saturday nights from 8pm to 10pm had £30,000 in total prizes, with at least £1,000 on every game. Wednesdays and Sundays in the same slot had £20,000, and every game paid out to at least 11 players.

The Live Session Room runs a free package at 7.30pm each evening, 6 tickets a game over a 10-game session. Paid packages go up to £2 for 96 tickets. It’s online only.

For slots, 45 weekly leaderboards run until 17 January 2027, with a top prize of £10,000 or £20,000 each week. Slots Club members also get cash matches and free spins, and you can join online or through the Slots Host in a club.

Refer & Earn rewards you when a friend joins through your link, deposits £10 and spends it on bingo or slots. The cap is 5 friends and £100.

Buzz Bingo Login

Getting started at Buzz online doesn’t take long. You put in a few particulars about yourself and where you live, then choose a password. If you’re already a Buzz club member, you can join with your membership number instead.

After that, the Buzz Bingo login is your email address or membership number plus your password. That one login covers buzzbingo.com, the app and every Buzz Bingo club. The PIN you set at registration is for the touchscreens in clubs, not the website.

Login failed? Check your email first, as Buzz usually sends one explaining why an account is unavailable. A GAMSTOP exclusion or a Time Out locks you out of both buzzbingo.com and buzzcasino.com, and customer services can’t lift a Time Out early.

Accounts only work in the UK, so logging in from a holiday abroad can get the account suspended until you contact customer services.

What Is Buzz Bingo Online?

Buzz Bingo online is buzzbingo.com, run by Buzz Bingo Digital Limited. The clubs belong to a different company, Buzz Group Limited in Nottingham, on Gambling Commission account 2355.

The online company’s own account, 57594, covers remote bingo and casino. It also holds Gibraltar licence RGL No. 154. Buzz is signed up to IBAS, which means an unresolved dispute can go to an independent adjudicator. That puts it on the same footing as the rest of our best bingo sites.

Your online account and club membership are one account. Money deposited in a club shows online, and the Transfer Funds button moves it into your online balance. Winnings go either way with no transfer needed.

Club money moved online counts towards your online deposit limit. Hit the limit and you can’t deposit on the website, Buzz Casino or the apps until it resets.

Bingo Rooms, Slots and Table Games

Buzz Bingo offers plenty of 90-ball bingo rooms as well as 75-ball and 80-ball games. The lobby filters are Big Money, Session Bingo, Exclusive, 90 Ball, 80 and 75 Ball, Video Bingo and Keno.

Playtech supplies the bingo software. Upcoming games on our visit had 5p and 15p tickets, and 1p bingo lets you play for pennies. Live Bingo is hosted by a presenter in Buzz’s studio every day from 12pm to 10pm.

Of course, there are plenty of slots and casino games to enjoy. Buzz counts over 300 real-money slots, including Age of the Gods, Rainbow Riches, Fishin’ Frenzy and Fluffy Favourites, with jackpot sections for Jackpot King, King Millions and Fire Blaze. If table games are more your thing, you can play blackjack, baccarat and roulette, with a live casino section as well.

The Buzz App on iPhone and Android

Buzz Bingo has created an app, so downloading it from your app store is the easiest way to play your favourite games on the go.

On the App Store it’s Buzz Bingo – Slots & Casino, rated 4.2 from 693 ratings and number 12 in the Casino chart. Google Play has it at 4.4 from 2,920 reviews, with 100,000+ downloads. Both versions were updated in mid-September 2026.

The app also does club jobs. It holds your digital membership card for checking in, tops up your touchscreen balance from your seat and shows your local session times. Buzz Rewards live there too, with new offers every Monday.

Games can also still be played on your smartphone or tablet through your browser of choice, which is handy if you’re short on space or prefer not to add extra apps to your home screen.

How Fast Do Withdrawals Land?

Buzz aims to process a withdrawal within 1 hour. If your card supports Visa Direct or Mastercard Send, the money can reach you within the hour too. PayPal usually arrives within 24 hours of approval, and other methods can take 2 to 5 working days.

The minimum is £5, unless the account is being closed. You can’t cancel a withdrawal once it’s requested.

Payouts can only go back to a payment method that has funded the account. If you have several, Buzz pays the refundable one with the highest exposure, meaning the most deposited minus withdrawn. Paysafecard can’t take a withdrawal.

You can fund your account balance in the following ways:

• PayPal
• Debit cards, Visa or Mastercard
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay
• Paysafecard
• Prepaid cards

Only debit cards are accepted, as credit cards are banned from gambling sites in the UK. There’s a low £5 minimum deposit, except PayPal at £10.

Buzz matches your sign-up details against records such as the electoral roll, and most accounts clear automatically. When that fails, Buzz wants in-date ID uploaded, and a CitizenCard or PASS card counts alongside a passport.

Buzz Bingo Sister Sites

Account 57594 has two domains on the Gambling Commission register, buzzbingo.com and buzzcasino.com. That makes Buzz Casino the only sister site.

It isn’t a separate account. Time Outs, self-exclusion and deposit limits cover both sites. A separate Buzz Casino app is on the App Store too, rated 4.2 from 92 ratings.

Contact and Live Chat Hours

Live chat runs from 10am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 8.30pm at weekends, 364 days a year. Tap Chat in the bottom right-hand corner, and Buzz aims to reply within 60 seconds.

The contact form promises an answer within 24 hours. Buzz doesn’t list a general phone number on its contact page. Request a call back in the form instead.
