Sign in with a username or registered email address plus your password, whether you’re on a computer, a phone browser or the app. Only UK residents can open an account, and each email address can hold just one.

Coming back after a long break? Double Bubble’s help centre suggests checking which inbox its recent emails reach, since that’s the address on your account, and any post from it shows your username. Reset a password with that email and your birth date, then use the link within 30 minutes.

Before you play again, open My Account, then Manage Details. If you’ve moved house, winnings may not be paid until your details are updated.

A closed account is reopened through live chat. A cool off can’t be cut short, though it lifts by itself at the end, whether you chose a day or six weeks.

Is Double Bubble Bingo Down Today?

Check the time first. Maintenance usually runs once a week between 4am and 6am, and the site shows a message saying it’s being worked on.

At other times, the help centre’s fix is to delete temporary internet files, then switch the phone or computer off and on. Double Bubble supports the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. On a phone, bingo plays in portrait and most slots in landscape, so a ‘Rotate Device’ message just means turning the screen.

If a game drops mid-draw, it still plays out on the server. Any win is credited, and your game history shows the result.

Welcome Offer, Tickets or Spins

New members choose one of two welcome offers before the first deposit goes in, and the choice can’t be changed afterwards. Both ask for a £10 minimum first deposit.

For the bingo offer, wager £10 of cash on bingo to get 25 free bingo tickets. Their value depends on the room. Used on £1 tickets they’re worth £25, and on 1p tickets 25p. A ticket only buys into the next game due to start, not an advance or bulk buy, and Session Bingo is off the list. The 30 days to qualify and to play the tickets run from when you opt in and deposit.

For the casino offer, wager £10 of cash on slots to get 30 free spins, all for Double Bubble Cash Wall, each spin set to a 1p coin and 10 lines. The spins have no wagering, and winnings are paid as cash once all 30 are played. The deposit starts a 30-day clock to qualify, and a second 30 days follows for playing them.

The spins rules leave out bingo and sports wagers, and the tickets rules leave out casino, slots and sports.

Double Bubble Bingo Promo Code

Double Bubble has no promo code for either welcome offer, and no bonus code either. You tick the opt-in on the deposit page, and a pop-up confirms the tickets or spins once you’ve qualified.

The nearest thing to a code is your username, which a friend types in at registration for Refer a Friend.

The welcome rules on 23 September mentioned no 100-spin deal, and every offer in them needs a deposit.

Bubble-O-Meter and Other Rewards

Bubble-O-Meter is the reward Double Bubble added in September 2026, and it needs an opt-in. A progress bar on the Promotions and Slots pages fills with your slot spend, though Instant Games are left out.

Fill a level and a wheel appears within 15 seconds. There are four a week to earn, and a ‘Spin all wheels’ button if you save them up. Any win is cash you can withdraw, but not every spin pays. The bar empties every Monday whatever its level.

Reward Points build as you win and convert to cash at 1p a point. Box Bonanza boxes also turn up through promotions, including end-of-month drops.

Bingo Rooms and Winners Club

The bingo lobby lists Fishin’ Frenzy Bingo, Superlinks 75, Bubble Up Bingo, Bingo Times, Candy Club, Front Room, Coffee Shop and Festival Time. In Bubble Up Bingo, a line, two lines or a full house won on a double number doubles the prize.

Session Bingo sells tickets for 15 games in one go. Sessions start at 10:00, 15:00, 19:00 and 23:00, tickets mark themselves, and the jackpot starts at £1,000.

Bingo Winners Club is free to enter with tickets won in Candy Club. Its daily 90-ball games run at 8:45pm and 8:50pm, paying £20 for a line, £40 for two and £100 for a full house, with a 72-ticket limit per game. On Sundays, five more games follow from 9:15pm. The last pays £500 for each line prize and £1,000 for the full house.

Room chat was switched off on the evening of 30 April 2026. On a phone, a Play Mini-Game button opens Double Bubble Jackpot alongside your bingo.

Double Bubble Slots and Casino

The Double Bubble shelf holds the original Double Bubble plus Cash Wall, Fizz, Megaways, Jackpot, Triple Jackpot, Bouncy Bubbles and a Super 7 Scratchcard, mostly from Roxor Gaming. Beyond it, the homepage showed slots from Games Global, Blueprint, Pragmatic Play and Gameburger Studios.

Bingo tickets start from just 1p, and you can play most slots in demo mode first. Game results are verified by NMi, an independent testing firm.

Withdrawal Times and Deposits

Double Bubble says it processes winnings in 4 to 24 hours. After that, Mastercard and bank payouts clear within 1 working day. Visa cards split two ways. With Visa Direct it’s 4 hours, and without it 3 working days.

The smallest withdrawal is £10, paid to the method you last deposited with. Card and Apple Pay payouts top out at £25,000 each, bank payouts at £250,000. Weekend requests can show as ‘Requested’ until the bank clears them around 9am to 10am on the next working day.

Deposits start at £10. Debit cards work if they’re Visa or Mastercard, as do Apple Pay, Google Pay and Instant Bank Transfer. PayPal stopped on 17 October 2024, for deposits and withdrawals.

Customer Support and Contact Number

Double Bubble doesn’t publish a phone number. It dropped calls in favour of live chat, open around the clock from the chat icon in the corner of the screen.

If chat won’t load, the Email Us button on the Contact Us page lets you ask for a call back at a time that suits you.

Licence and Owner

Gamesys Operations Limited runs Double Bubble Bingo from Gibraltar. The Gambling Commission register dates account 38905’s remote bingo and casino permissions to 1 November 2014, and shows doublebubblebingo.com as active.
