Express Wins matches your first deposit at 100%, up to £150 of bonus, on a £10 minimum fund with 10x wagering. Only bonus bets count towards that wagering. Conversion is capped at whatever the account has deposited over its life, £250 at the very most. There is a bingo tab, no app, and live chat runs weekdays.
Express Wins is a Jumpman Gaming site carrying the Daily Express name. The homepage does the tie-in in one line, “The Daily Express brings you Express Wins”, and Reach Plc lends the brand. Jumpman holds the licence, runs the cashier and staffs the support desk. The site runs at expresswins.co.uk.
We read the offers page, the bonus policy, the FAQ and the terms on 21 September 2026. They do not all say the same thing, and the gaps land on your balance.

What You Can Actually Claim?
Nine tiles sit on the Express Wins offers page. Not all of them are open to you today.
Drops and Wins shows an opt-in window of 24 June to 22 July, printed in CET. That window shut two months before we looked. The Daily Wheel appears twice on the same page in near identical wording. Turbo Reel asks for £100 in a single fund before it gives you a reel spin, again at 10x wagering.
Five offers do hold this month. The welcome match. Happy Hour every Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm. Fluffy Fridays, 8pm to 11pm, splitting a £250 pot. The PRO code on any £20 top-up, good for one claim in each Monday to Sunday week. And a draw of five £400 prizes on Big Bad Towers, entries running to 30 September, winners emailed by 10 October.
100 Per Cent, Not 1,000
The banner on the home screen reads 100% Matchup Bonus. The small print under it caps the bonus at £150, with £10 named as the smallest qualifying fund. The offers page and the bonus policy both agree with that pair of numbers.
Scroll down the same homepage and it tells you “Win up to 1,000% Bonus”. The footer small print on that screen caps the bonus at £2,000. The page description that shows in search results says 1000% as well.
£150 is the figure the terms will actually pay. Read the line under the banner and treat the other two as noise the site has left standing.
What Clearing It Takes
Wagering is 10x the bonus. The line that costs you sits directly beneath in the bonus policy. Only bonus wagers count towards the requirement, and your real money bets contribute nothing at all.
The excluded games are spelled out. Blackjack in every form, roulette in every form, any other casino style game and progressive jackpot slots all count for zero. Fluffy Favourites Jackpot and Fluffy Too Jackpot are named.
Conversion has a maximum on top of that. Whatever you clear, the most that moves across to your withdrawable balance is your lifetime deposits on the site, and never more than £250. Accounts that have never funded stop at £50.
The £2.50 Is on the Way In
Express Wins charges nothing to take money out. The £2.50 fee that gets quoted around this network is a Pay by Mobile deposit fee, and the banking policy lists it that way. You also cannot be paid back out to Pay by Mobile, so use another method if you intend to cash out.
Timing depends on which page you read. Hit withdraw and the money sits pending for 72 hours. After that the FAQ promises it inside three working days. The terms allow five, through the normal banking cycle.
Your first withdrawal needs photo ID, a utility bill dated inside three months and proof of the payment method. Give the checks three working days. Once they clear, the site says pending withdrawals process within 24 hours.
Bingo Games and Slots
There is a bingo tab in the menu and it opens a working lobby. The homepage lists three ball counts, 75, 80 and 90. The schedule loads live, so what is running depends on when you open it.
Slots are the bulk of it. Express Wins names Microgaming, Scientific Games, NetEnt and Eyecon among its studios, and points at Fluffy Favourites and Sugar Train for instant games. Blackjack, roulette and a live casino section sit alongside.
Bingo exists here. It is not what the site is built around.

Mobile App
There is no Express Wins app. The /apps address returns a 404 and no download link sits anywhere in the menu.
Everything happens in the phone browser instead, which the FAQ takes for granted. Its withdrawal steps route you through My Account, then the cashier button filed under Your Trophies, all on a phone.
Registration and Login
The sign-up button opens a short registration form. You enter your basic details, then set a username and a password. It should take under five minutes.
Express Wins also offers PayPal Quick Registration. The PayPal option sits first on the form. You pick a deposit amount, sign in at the PayPal page, and the account is opened and funded in one pass.
Afterwards the login control sits at the right of the header. That panel takes Face ID and fingerprint too, not only a password.
Payment Methods
The banking policy lists these:
- Visa Debit
- Mastercard Debit
- Maestro
- PayPal
- Skrill
- Neteller
- Pay by Mobile, £2.50 a deposit
- Paysafecard
GBP is the only currency. £10 is the least you can pay in on one transaction and you may hold up to three cards on the account. The cashier holds £10 as the working minimum to take out, though the terms set no figure for it.
Trust and Safety
The operator is Jumpman Gaming Limited and its Gambling Commission account number is 39175. Play from outside Great Britain falls to the Alderney regulator instead, and the registered address is La Corvee House on Alderney, which takes no correspondence.
Safer gambling links point to GamCare, GAMSTOP, Net Nanny and Jumpman Cares, with eCOGRA named for disputes. You can apply the account tools yourself at any hour, and the FAQ pushes that ahead of contacting support.
One thing to know before you set a limit. Deposit limits run across the whole Jumpman network, so a limit applied on one site carries over to every other site on the platform.
Contact Support
Live chat is open on weekdays, 9am until 4pm.
No phone number appears on any page we opened. Email replies are quoted at two business days, and the FAQ asks you not to chase with follow-up messages because duplicate chains slow the queue. The contact page routes you to a web form.
Support goes to support@jumpmangaming.com. Complaints have a separate address at complaints@jumpmangaming.com, and safer gambling requests go to safergambling@jumpmangaming.com.
Sister Sites
Express Wins names no sister sites on its own pages. These run on the same platform and share the terms above:
Review Summary
What we liked5

- No welcome code, the bonus follows your first £10 fund
- Chat open on weekdays until 4pm
- Eight ways to pay in, PayPal and Paysafecard included
- Nothing charged to take money out
What we didn't4
- The homepage advertises 1,000% and £2,000 where the terms pay £150
- Only bonus bets clear the 10x, and conversion stops at £250
- The offers page still shows a Drops and Wins window that closed on 22 July
- No app and no phone line
Review Verdict
The welcome is a plain 100% match to £150 with no code and a £10 minimum, which reads better than the wheel spin most Jumpman sites open with. The bonus policy takes some of that back. Only bonus wagers clear the 10x, real money bets count for nothing, and conversion stops at your lifetime deposits or £250, whichever is lower.
The Daily Express name buys a masthead and not much else. The offers page still shows a Drops and Wins opt-in window that closed on 22 July, and the homepage says 1,000% where the terms say £150. Chat runs weekdays until 4pm, there is no phone line and no app, and money sits pending three days before it moves. Three out of five.
