You log in with a username and password, using Log In in the header. Underneath it is a Forgot username or password? link.

Get the password wrong too many times and the account blocks itself for security. A reset clears it. If it doesn’t, the help centre tells you to contact customer services.

New passwords have to be 5 to 10 characters long, with at least one digit and one capital letter. You can’t reuse an old one.

Changed your email address? You can’t edit it yourself. Phone the team from the mobile number registered on the account.

A time-out lifts on its own on the end date. A self-exclusion, whether set with Fabulous Bingo or through GAMSTOP, can’t be lifted early for any reason, and after it ends you have to reopen the account by phone.

Don’t open a second account to get round a login problem. Only one is allowed per person.

No Deposit Needed for the First 10 Spins

The sign up offer through our link starts with 10 free spins before you pay anything in. Register, and they arrive as a pop-up. Accept them within 48 hours or they’re gone, then you have 3 days to play them and finish the wagering.

They work on Big Piggy Bank, Fishin Frenzy, Golden Winner and Fishin’ Frenzy Even Bigger Catch.

The strapline on the offer page says there’s no wagering on these winnings, but the full promotional terms say 10x, with £20 won needing £200 of play. Go by the terms.

Clicked decline on the pop-up by mistake? Contact support straight away. The help centre says they may be able to re-apply a bonus, as long as you haven’t played with your deposit.

100 More Spins and the 10x Wagering

Deposit £5 by debit card, then stake that £5 on any casino game. Slots, live casino, Slingo and side games all count. Another 100 spins at 10p follow, on the same four slots and with the same 48 hours to accept.

A PayPal, Skrill or Neteller deposit won’t unlock them.

Winnings from the 100 spins also need 10x wagering, so £15 won means £150 of play. They wait as pending until every spin is used and the 10x is done. Miss the 3 days and both the bonus and the pending winnings are removed.

The site’s homepage shows a different welcome bonus, £10 for 100 spins with a £200 cap on spin winnings, or a £30 bingo bonus with 4x wagering. You only get one new customer offer, and our link opens the 110 spins.

Bonus Codes, £5 Codes and 25 Free Spins

The welcome offer through our link doesn’t need a bonus code. The spins are accepted by pop-up.

Two other codes get searched for a lot, a 25 free spins code and a free £5 no deposit code. Neither appears on the public promotions page or in the help centre, so we can’t point you to one. The help centre says bonuses aren’t handed out on request.

For existing customers, most offers are an Opt In button on the promotion itself. Where a code is used, it goes in the box beside the Deposit button on the home page, or under Bonus Codes in the bingo lobby.

One code does run every week. On Wednesdays and Sundays, entering the day’s promo code doubles the loyalty points on cash bingo tickets, and those points expire after 90 days.

What’s on the Promotions Page

In the week of 21 September, the promotions page listed 16 offers besides the welcome. The regular ones matter most.

Free games in the Free Bingo Room run on the daily schedule. You take part by being in the room during the session.

The Daily Reel Wheel needs a £10 deposit plus £25 of cash stakes on casino games in the previous 28 days. The Daily Bingo Booster needs £10 deposited and staked on bingo over the same 28 days. Prizes from both have no wagering and a 3-day expiry.

Slots players had the Free Spins Builder that week, with 10 free spins for every £20 staked on selected slots, up to 50.

Session Bingo is a room you pre-buy tickets for from the bingo lobby. In the Pretty Penny room, line and full house winners can land up to 3 jackpots per game until 31 December 2026.

Mystic Meg and the Bingo Rooms

Mystic Meg Bingo is the room the site calls its own. It’s 50 ball, with more than one ticket price in the same game.

Fabulous Bingo Casino

Four of the five game tabs in the menu are casino, Slots, Live Casino, Casino and Slingo. Bingo is the fifth.

Live Casino splits into game shows, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker tables. The table list includes Penny Roulette, Cashback Blackjack, Age of the Gods Roulette and 3 Card Brag.

Is There a Fabulous Bingo App?

No. Red Rock Managed Services publishes SunBingo and Sun Vegas apps on the App Store, but nothing for Fabulous Bingo on either store.

An App Store listing called Fabulous bingo app does exist. It’s a lifestyle app about beer mats from a developer called Chrysatos Oy, with no link to the bingo site.

You play in your phone’s browser instead. If the site misbehaves, the help centre has a guide to clearing the cache and cookies for each browser.

Withdrawal Times and Payments

You can pay in by debit card, PayPal, Skrill, Paysafecard or Neosurf. The card has to be in your name, and business cards aren’t accepted.

Fabulous Bingo withdrawal time is 24 hours for approval on their side, and an email confirms it. After that, PayPal can take up to another day, a card as long as 3 working days, and a bank transfer as long as 10.

The least you can take out is £5, and there’s no charge. If your balance is below £5, the help centre says to contact them to have it sent back. A withdrawal can’t be cancelled once it’s requested.

ID checks need a photo of your passport, or of your driving licence. Proof of address is a bank statement or a utility bill, under 3 months old, and all four corners have to be in the picture. Changed your name after marriage? You’ll need the certificate or a deed poll too.

Red Rock Managed Services Limited holds Gambling Commission account 67754. The register lists four domains on it, fabulousbingo.co.uk, fabulousvegas.co.uk, sunbingo.co.uk and thesunvegas.co.uk, all as white labels.

Is Fabulous Bingo Legit?

Yes. The Gambling Commission lists the licence as active, covering remote bingo and casino from 2 October 2025. Red Rock also holds Gibraltar licence 164.

Live chat runs from 8am to midnight, and phone lines from 10am to 8pm. The separate Customer Protection team works 10am to 8pm on weekdays and 10am to 6pm on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays.
