Free Spirit Bingo has closed. This page stays up for the record.
Free Spirit Bingo has closed. The Gambling Commission lists freespiritbingo.com as Inactive under Jumpman Gaming Limited, account 39175. The website now shows only a username and password prompt, so you can’t reach the lobby, the cashier or the terms.
Free Spirit Bingo, also searched as freespiritbingo or Free Spirit Bingo Casino, was one of the many brands built on Jumpman Gaming’s platform. The brand has gone. Jumpman still holds its UK licence, and that’s the useful part if you left money behind.

What the Website Shows Now
Type freespiritbingo.com and you’re sent to the www address. Your browser then asks for a username and password. Cancel it and the page reads “Enter username and password” and nothing else.
Your old bingo login won’t open it. The prompt is a lock on the web server itself. It covers the homepage, /promotions, /terms-and-conditions and even the robots.txt file that search engines read.
So the Free Spirit login page, the help pages and the terms are all out of reach. Anything you want from them now has to come from Jumpman directly.
Bonus Codes and Casino Offers
There’s no Free Spirit Bingo bonus code or casino bonus you can use. The promotions page sits behind the same password box, and an Inactive domain can’t take a first deposit.
Jumpman brands that still trade run their own welcome offers. Mirror Bingo, on the same licence, gives new players a wheel spin on their first deposit, and its terms are set out in our Mirror Bingo review.
The Bingo and Casino Lobby
Free Spirit ran on Jumpman’s shared software, under the same remote bingo and casino licence as the rest of account 39175.
The two screenshots below show its lobby on a phone and a 30-ball room.

Money Left with Jumpman
Because the operator is still licensed, you have someone to ask. Email support@jumpmangaming.com from the address on your Free Spirit account and give your username.
If support doesn’t settle it, a formal complaint goes to complaints@jumpmangaming.com. Under Gambling Commission rules the business gets 8 weeks to resolve it. Jumpman’s named dispute service, eCOGRA, is the next step if it doesn’t.
Two points in Jumpman’s standard network terms are worth checking against your balance.
- After 365 days without a login, an account is marked Inactive, and a £5 admin fee is then taken every 30 days until the balance runs out or you reactivate it.
- Jumpman rates customer funds as not protected if the business becomes insolvent.
Free Spirit’s own terms are behind the password prompt, so we can’t confirm they matched the network version.
Free Spirit Bingo Sister Sites
Jumpman runs a long list of brands on one platform. These bingo sites share Free Spirit’s software and account 39175 on the register, and all of them were still trading in September 2026.
The register also lists dozens of Jumpman domains as Inactive, Free Spirit among them. The whole network is covered on the Jumpman Gaming sites hub.
