Gala Bingo Online

Gala Bingo Online belongs to LC International Limited, on Gambling Commission account 54743. Its rooms are part of the Entain Bingo Network, which links jackpots with other Entain bingo brands.

The Gala Spins domain now forwards here. Typing galaspins.com lands you on galabingo.com/en/spins, so one Gala login covers bingo and slots. Gala has one welcome offer, and it pays in slot spins rather than bingo tickets.

Gala Bingo Facts and Figures

Gala Bingo Welcome Offer

Gala’s help centre says Gala Bingo and Gala Spins now share a single welcome offer. Our link opens that offer, which pays in slot spins.

Register, then make one £10 payment as your opening deposit, in one single transaction. Splitting it across two payments won’t qualify, because the terms exclude cumulative deposits. The terms then give you 7 days from registering to stake that £10 on any slot game.

Once the stake is placed, 100 spins are added automatically, and you claim them in the Promotions section. They’re valued at £0.10 apiece, and the terms limit them to four slots. Two are Pig Banker 3 Little Piggies and Lock O’ The Irish. The others are King Kong Cash Even Bigger Bananas and Fishin’ Frenzy.

Use them within 7 days of crediting. Under the terms, spin winnings carry no wagering requirement and go into your cash balance, ready to withdraw.

A new account’s first deposit can’t come from a prepaid card, Neteller, PayPal, Skrill, MoneyBookers, Envoy or Paysafe. Your debit card is fine. The terms allow one claim per player.

Gala Bingo Bonus Codes

No code is involved in the 100 spins. The deposit and the slot stake set them off, not anything typed in at registration.

There’s no 200 free spins promo code in Gala’s current terms, and no bonus code for existing customers. Existing players find their deals under the Gala Offers tab, which now holds the promotions for Gala Bingo and Gala Spins together. A Gala Bingo free spins code sent by email or text will carry its own terms, so read them before you opt in.

The welcome always needs a deposit. For bonuses without one, see our no deposit sites list.

Bingo Rooms and Features

Gala’s Prize Drops terms name 17 rooms. Among them are Big Games, Bargain Wins, Penny Bingo, Speed Bingo, Over 50s, Gala Live and separate 50, 75 and 80-ball rooms. The app store listing adds 30-ball games to the formats.

The TV rooms are where Gala differs from most bingo sites. In The Chase Bingo, the full house winner plays Beat the Chaser and has 10 seconds to pick one of three cash amounts. Get caught and you take half the lowest amount instead.

Emmerdale Bingo drives a car round the village after each game. Five spots pay fixed jackpots, from The Woolpack at 20 to Dingles’ Garage at 90. Only the Dingles’ Garage prize is kept for the full house winner, and the rest go to the room.

Coronation Street Bingo has the Golden Cobbles ticket. It’s shared by the whole room, and it marks off the last number of each full house, paying the house winner extra whenever it does. Deal or No Deal runs in both a 90-ball and a 75-ball room.

Session Bingo lets you buy tickets for a run of games in one go, all with fixed prizes. Where a jackpot is linked across the network, Gala’s help centre says tickets cost the same on every site and each one has the same odds.

Free-to-Play Bingo, Points and Tournaments

The Daily Free Bingo room costs nothing to enter and runs five-minute games through the day, under terms that pay Gala Points, not cash, with up to 4,400 points a day from Monday to Thursday and 11,600 from Friday to Sunday.

Points are spent in the Gala Rewards Club on spins, bonuses, bingo tickets or Uber vouchers. They have no cash value, and any still unspent when the following month reaches its 7th day are lost.

Slots tournaments are either free to enter or paid for with points, and leaderboard places earn more points. Bingo Prize Drops give free tickets at random to anyone who spent £1 in a listed room in the previous 30 minutes. The drops range from 10 tickets every ten minutes to 100 tickets every two hours, and Gala Live has its own 500-ticket drop between 8pm and 8.15pm.

Chat games in the rooms pay either 100 free tickets or a 50p bingo bonus, each valid for 72 hours with no wagering on winnings.

Slots, Casino and the Spins Section

Slots, Slingo, instant wins and live casino games all open from the same account. The app listing names exclusives such as Lock O’ The Irish, Big Banker and Breakin’ Banks, plus Jackpot King titles like Fishin’ Frenzy Jackpot King and 7s Jackpot King.

Gala Spins used to be a separate slots site. Gala’s help centre now describes one account, one wallet and a single Gala Offers tab for both brands, and its general terms cover “Gala Bingo and Gala Spins only”. Our Gala Spins review covers that side of the account.

Gala Casino is the exception. The same help page calls it a standalone brand with its own welcome offer.

Gala Bingo App

Gala’s main app is called Gala – Bingo & Slot Games on the App Store, where it averages 4.7 from 49,553 ratings. The Android version is rated 4.6 from 8,881 reviews on Google Play. Download it from either store and sign in with your usual Gala details.

The listing promises more than 20 bingo rooms and plenty of 1p tickets. The Gala Spins app is still listed separately, and it opens the same Gala account. Our mobile bingo page compares other bingo apps.

Gala Bingo Login

Your Gala login opens bingo, slots and the old Gala Spins section. If a login fails after the merge, the help centre says to use the email address registered to your account, as Gala emailed every player about the change.

Forgotten your password? Press Log In, then I forgot my Password. A PIN arrives by text on the mobile number Gala holds, or a reset link by email if it has none.

The first time you enter the bingo rooms, you pick a chat name. You also need money in your account to log in to bingo at all.

If Gala Bingo seems down or has technical issues, the help centre suggests logging out and back in, then trying another device or browser and clearing your cache. A bingo game that malfunctions is declared no bet.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Gala’s payment pages list Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay by Bank, PayPal, Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap, Neteller, paysafecard and bank transfer. Gala doesn’t list phone bill payments. Google Pay and Pay by Bank both take £5 as a minimum deposit.

Gala Bingo charges no withdrawal fees. How long you wait depends on the method, from instant to five banking days, plus Gala’s own processing time.

Apple Pay and Maestro payouts take 1 to 3 business days. Fast Bank Transfer takes 2 to 4, has no fee and pays out from £5. Skrill withdrawals go through an internal review of up to three business days, then reach your account within 24 hours.

You can’t withdraw until Gala has checked your name, age and address.

Help and Contact

Gala’s standard promotional terms say customer support is by chat, email or telephone. The help centre gives support@galabingo.com for account requests and complaints@galabingo.com for complaints.

The one phone number we found in the help centre, 08000 489494, is for the customer protection team that handles source of funds checks. If a complaint isn’t settled, the general terms let you take it to IBAS.

Chat hosts keep the rooms friendly, but they can’t deal with account queries or refunds. They’re not allowed to play on the site either.

Gala Bingo Sister Sites and Licence

LC International Limited, based in Gibraltar, is part of the Entain Group. Its general terms list the brands it runs in the UK, and the bingo ones we review are Foxy Bingo, Foxy Games, Coral Bingo and Ladbrokes Bingo. More on the operator is on our LC International Limited page.

The link shows in the chat rules. A chat ban at Gala also applies at Ladbrokes, Coral and Foxy.

Gala’s fair play page says an independent third party tests and regulates the random number generator behind its games. Looking for a club rather than the website? Many former Gala clubs now trade as Buzz Bingo, listed in our Buzz Bingo clubs guide.
