This sign up offer starts before you deposit. Once MrQ’s age verification check is complete, 10 free spins are credited, worth 10p each.

The next 50 need a single deposit of £10, spent within 12 hours. Bets on live casino or table games don’t help you reach the £10. Nor does play on any game from MrQ’s excluded-wagering list. The spins arrive within 10 minutes of the spend.

Both lots are on the same slot. Use them within 48 hours of qualifying, or whatever’s left is removed.

It’s for new customers only, and you can’t use it alongside another offer. Its terms date it from 28 November 2024, with no end date.

Winnings Paid as Cash

Nothing you win from either lot has to be wagered. It lands as withdrawable cash. The terms put no limit on the size of a win, though a large one may be checked by the game provider first.

MrQ Promo Codes

Our offer works without an MrQ promo code. Where a code does apply, there’s a box for it during registration and another in the deposit screen, and it has to be entered before you confirm.

A code on your first deposit replaces the default welcome offer. It also rules out Refer a Friend, for you and for the friend who invited you.

Slots, Live Casino and Arena

The MrQ casino’s Top Games list on the home page includes Starburst, Book of Dead, 9 Pots of Gold, Gold Blitz and Big Bass Splash. The jackpot row has Mega Moolah and The Goonies Jackpot King.

The live casino goes well beyond the usual gameshows. Alongside Crazy Time, Monopoly Big Baller and Dream Catcher, there are roulette tables from Speed to XXXtreme Lightning, several blackjack and baccarat variants, and poker games including Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold’em. Craps, Dragon Tiger and Fan Tan are among the other tables.

The MrQ App

MrQ has apps on both stores. On iPhone, MrQ Casino: Real Money Games had a 4.5 rating from 5,938 reviews and was updated on 11 September 2026.

The Android app, MrQ – Online Casino Games, has 100,000+ downloads and 4.2 stars from 2,613 ratings.

The website still plays in a phone browser, and the account is the same on both. Arena is the one feature that’s app-only for now.

Withdrawal Times and Payments

Most MrQ withdrawals are processed straight away. If a payment, security or verification check is needed, it can take up to 2 working days. Once processed, most payments arrive within 2 hours, though some banks take up to 7 working days.

MrQ’s guarantee pays £10 in cash if it takes longer than 60 seconds to process a withdrawal, once a day at most. It doesn’t apply while your account is under checks.

You can’t withdraw less than £10. With a smaller balance, email support to have it paid out. There are no fees either way.

You can pay in with PayPal, Easy Bank Transfer, Apple Pay, Mastercard Debit or Visa Debit. Pay by phone bill isn’t on that list, and the help centre says any method not listed isn’t available. Credit cards aren’t accepted.

Sun Bingo, by comparison, allows up to 24 hours just to approve a withdrawal.

MrQ Sister Sites

MrQ has no sister sites, for its casino or its bingo. Under Tek Fox’s licence, the Gambling Commission shows one trading name, “mr q”, and one domain, www.mrq.com.

Lindar Media Limited in St Albans is still on the register with the trading name mr q, but its licence now covers gambling software, and mrq.com shows as inactive on its entry. Lindar is also still named as the seller of the iPhone app.

Is MrQ Legit?

Yes. Tek Fox Ltd holds Gambling Commission account 60629, active since 29 September 2023 for remote bingo and casino, with no regulatory actions recorded. The register gives Tek Fox’s head office as Birkirkara in Malta.

MrQ doesn’t publish a contact number. Live chat hours are 9am to 9pm, and the team aims to answer emails within 24 hours. Verification queries go to a separate team by email.

Complaints go in writing by email. MrQ’s terms say it aims to acknowledge them within 24 hours.
