£5 of Free Spins and a £50 Max Win
Fifty spins at a fixed £0.10 is £5 of spins. 888 sets that stake, so you cannot raise it, and you cannot spread it.
Winnings do not arrive as cash. They convert to bonus funds, and you must wager that bonus 10 times within 7 days on the same selected games. Only stakes from restricted funds count towards the wagering, your own cash balance is spent first, and if the bonus balance ever falls below £0.10 it is removed.
Then there is the maximum. 888’s terms read, “Subject to the Wagering Requirements being completed in full, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from this Promotion is £/€50. If your winnings from this Promotion, after completing the Wagering Requirements, exceed £/€50, only £/€50 will be made available to you, and any amount above £/€50 will be removed from your account.”
The offer is for new UK and Ireland customers who register through the promotion landing page and pass verification. Re-registrations are excluded. You have 48 hours from verification to claim, either from the pop-up or through My Account and then Bonuses, and the promotion runs until 23:59 on 31/12/2026. One claim per person, household, device, email address or mobile number, and taking it makes you ineligible for every other new customer promotion.

Use All Fifty or Lose the Lot
The clause that costs people money is this one. “If you use all of your Free Spins within the Free Spins Period, any winnings generated from those Free Spins will be converted into bonus funds.” Use 47 of the 50 within the 3 days, and the winnings from those 47 are forfeited along with the 3 you left behind.
The 3 days start when the spins are credited, not when you registered.
The list they play on is narrow. Eighteen titles, and sixteen of them come from one slot series. Big Bass Bonanza, Big Bass Splash, Big Bass Keeping it Reel, Big Bass Amazon Extreme, Big Bass Day at the Races, Big Bass Floats My Boat, Big Bass Secrets of the Golden Lake, Big Bass Bonanza – Reel Action, Big Bass Mission Fishin, Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe, 888 Big Bass Bonanza, Big Bass Return to the Races, Big Bass Reel Repeat, Big Bass Splash 1000, Big Bass Race Day Repeat and Big Bass Trophy Catch. The two outside that series are Zeus v Hades – Gods Of War 250 and Jokers Jewels Hold & Spin.
The UK promoter named in the terms is 888 UK Limited, registered in Gibraltar under company number 111791.
Signing In Across 888 and 777
You can sign up at 888casino.com in as little as 1 minute. From there, you can log in to enjoy your 50 free spins, add valid payment details, and, if you’d rather deposit, go on to claim one of the welcome offers.
One account covers two brands. 888 calls the scheme the 888 Casino Club and defines it as 888casino and 777. Its own wording is “use one username & password to log in to both casinos”, “you can deposit in one casino, and use it in both”, and “comp points aggregated in both casinos”.
There are two ways in after that, the iPhone and Android apps, or the site in a browser.
888 publishes no status page and no outage feed, so there is no way to tell from outside whether a sign in problem is your account or the site. Every contact option on its site ends at live chat, making chat the only route to an answer.
Banking Options
Numerous banking options are supported at 888 Casino, including the following popular methods:
- Visa
- Skrill
- NETELLER
- ecoPayz
- MuchBetter
- Luxon Pay
- INTERAC
- Paysafecard, deposits only
Those are the routes 888 names as working in both directions, with Paysafecard the one exception. Mastercard is absent from that list but does carry its own row in 888’s withdrawal timetable.
The minimum is £10 on every funding type 888 lists, and £10 again on the way out. The wording on withdrawals is, “The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods accepted by us is $10/€10/£10/10 CAD.” No wire transfer minimum appears anywhere in 888’s terms, only that flat £10. Cards and e-wallets credit in up to 10 minutes, and 888 warns that in unusual cases a deposit can take up to 24 hours.
Two things stayed unresolved. 888 keeps a PayPal deposit page describing PayPal as available to European players, while PayPal is absent from its own Accepted Payment Methods list. That contradiction sits on 888’s own site, so check what the cashier actually offers before you count on it. Apple Pay appears nowhere on 888’s site, not in the cashier list and not in the withdrawal timetable.
As part of your membership, you will be asked to verify your details by submitting various documents. This protects both you and the casino from fraudulent use of your identity and/or funds. You can securely upload any requested documents to the site.
Withdrawal Processing
The most important line on 888’s withdrawal page is this. “The option to reverse your withdrawal is not available if you are playing from the UK.”
The cancel-and-return-to-bankroll mechanism described on that page is written for players outside the UK. From a UK account, the money sits in Awaiting Processing, and then it leaves. There is no button to pull it back.
The timing is set out plainly. “Withdrawal requests are processed three business days from the date of request. For Gold VIP members (casino only), we will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within one business day from the date of request.” After that, the status flips to processed, and nobody can cancel it.
Standard member totals, including the pending stage, run to 8 days on Visa, 6 days on Mastercard, 4 to 5 days on Skrill, NETELLER, ecoPayz, MuchBetter, and Luxon Pay, and 7 to 10 days on a wire transfer. All business days, Monday to Friday. Gold VIP totals are two days shorter on every row, purely because the pending stage drops from three days to one.
888 emails you once a withdrawal has been transferred and asks you to make contact if it has not landed within the stated window. Its terms also allow winnings above £30,000 to be paid in instalments of up to £30,000 a month, and jackpot wins to be spread across up to 24 monthly instalments at 888’s discretion.
2,000 Games and the Section8 Label
888 lists 2,000+ games and repeats that figure on the homepage, the slots page, and the about page.
The part nobody else has is Section8, 888’s in-house studio. Section8 develops the 888 Original titles, and those run on 888casino and nowhere else.
Click the casino tab to find all your favourite card and table games. The live section covers blackjack, roulette, baccarat, 3 Card Poker, Caribbean Stud, Casino Hold’em, Crazy Time and Dream Catcher, with an Elite Lounge and a Live Casino Arena alongside them. The library features an ever-expanding choice of table games that are hosted by professional live dealers, so you will really feel like you are on the casino floor.
In 888’s own words, the cash pool “grows throughout the day and is made to drop once a day”, “the odds of winning increase as midnight approaches”, and “it can be won at any time, by any single spin made on the variety of exciting Daily Jackpot slots”. That is 888’s claim about its own game, and it stops short of promising a payout before midnight.

The App on Both Stores
Two listings, filed by two different companies:
- App Store “888 Casino: Real Money Games”, seller Virtual IP Assets Limited, 4.5 stars from 52,353 ratings on the GB store, last updated 31 August 2026
- Google Play “888 Casino : Slots & Games”, developer evoke plc, 4.2 stars from 31,894 ratings, updated 20 August 2026, rated PEGI 18
Both are ordinary store installs. The Android build sits on Google Play like any other app, so there is no APK to hunt down and no sideload step.
The two entries were refreshed eleven days apart in August 2026. Apple files the app under Virtual IP Assets Limited, while Google’s listing names evoke plc.
You can also skip the install, log straight into your account and play your favourite mobile games through your mobile browser.
evoke plc, and Licence 39028
The group name is evoke plc. 888’s own licensing page says “888 UK Limited is a company incorporated under the laws of Gibraltar and forms part of the evoke Group”, and the Google Play developer field says evoke plc outright. 888’s own About page still says 888 Holdings Plc and is out of date on this.
On the public register, account 39028 belongs to 888 UK Limited under licence number 039028-R-319297-014. Remote Casino, Bingo and General Betting all read as active, with the casino and bingo entitlements running since 1 November 2014. The head office on file is 601-701 Europort, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.
888 dates its own launch to 1997. Its player count claims do not agree with each other, 17 million in the homepage meta against 26 million on the About page, so neither number appears here.
Live Chat, and No Phone Number
For any account queries, feel free to contact the customer support team via:
- Email Address: Please complete the online contact form
- Phone Number: Unavailable
- Facebook: facebook.com/888casinoUK
- Twitter: twitter.com/888casino
- Live Help: Log in for live chat support – available 24/7
Live chat is the only channel 888 publishes on its casino pages, and every contact instruction across the site routes into it. No UK telephone number appears anywhere. The VIP tier copy refers to calls without ever giving a number to call.
888 states that it runs a 24/7 Customer Support and Online Chat service. That is 888’s account of its own hours, not something a logged-out visitor can test.
One email address is published, operations@888brands.net, and its stated purpose is reporting an account held by someone under 18. It is not a general support address.
Not the Same as 888 Ladies
888 Ladies is a different business now. It carried the 888 name for years, then Costa Bingo and it was sold to Broadway Gaming, and neither brand appears on an 888 page today. Our 888 Ladies review covers that site separately.
888 UK Limited does still hold an active Remote Bingo entitlement on account 39028. That is a licence on a register, not a connection between the two brands.
Sister Sites Under Evoke
Since 888’s parent, Evoke, also owns William Hill, the closest sister sites now sit under that umbrella. Brands worth a look include:
- 777 Casino
- William Hill Bingo
- William Hill Vegas
777 Casino is the one 888 confirms itself, through the shared login and wallet described above. The two William Hill brands are group siblings under Evoke rather than anything 888 names as a sister on its own pages.

Review Verdict
The headline offer asks for nothing up front. Fifty spins at a fixed 10p, no deposit and no code, and the licence behind it is an old one by UK standards, account 39028 running casino and bingo entitlements since 2014. Existing accounts get ten more spins each calendar month, ten pounds is the floor both ways whichever method you pick, and Section8, the in house studio, makes titles you will not find on another site.
The terms are where it gets expensive. Whatever the free spins return is capped at £50, and every welcome offer here works on an all or nothing basis, so three unplayed spins forfeit what the other 47 made. You get three days to clear the 50, across 18 titles that amount to one slot series plus two strangers. A UK account cannot cancel a withdrawal once it is in, a Visa payout can take eight business days and a wire ten, and chat is the only door to a human. Three and a half, and the ceiling is what keeps it off four.
