William Hill Vegas is the casino half of William Hill’s gaming site at vegas.williamhill.com. Slots, jackpots, live tables, Slingo and bingo share one menu and one account with the sportsbook.

The £20 is rare for a UK casino because nothing goes in first. The catch is the 72-hour wagering clock on a single slot.

Our link’s new customer offer is £20 in bonus funds, and there’s no deposit required for it. Under the terms, the code V26 needs to be entered at registration, the account must pass William Hill’s verification checks, and you must press Opt in on the promotion page.

Miss the code and the offer is gone for that account. The terms say opting in later doesn’t work.

The £20 lands straight after the opt-in and works on one game, Vault Cracker Megaways. The terms allow one bonus per person, address, email, debit card or IP address. After that, William Hill won’t give the same account another welcome deal.

Accounts must be in pounds and players must be based in the UK. The terms say the promotion “runs this month”, so read them again if you open an account late in the month.

10x Wagering in 72 Hours

The £20 has 10x wagering on Vault Cracker Megaways, which means £200 of bets. The clock is 72 hours, starting when the bonus is credited.

Each spin comes out of the bonus balance first. If a bet costs more than the bonus left, the rest is taken from your own cash, and that cash part doesn’t count towards the 10x. Winnings follow the stake, landing in bonus and cash in the same shares.

While you’re wagering, a bonus balance under £0.10 is removed and the promotion ends. The same happens if the bonus can’t cover the slot’s lowest bet, as your own cash can’t be added to make up the stake.

Finish the wagering and the promotion closes itself, with up to £25 of winnings moving to your main balance. From there you can withdraw it or play any other game. Anything above the £25 cap is taken off.

You can also cancel at any time from the promotion page or through customer services. Cancelling before the 10x is done deletes the unused bonus and anything it won.

William Hill Vegas Promo Code

V26 is the only promo code for this offer, and it’s only for new customers. There’s no deposit code on top and no free spins attached, since the V26 bonus is £20 of bonus money on one slot with 10x wagering.

Existing customers looking for a standing promo code won’t find one at William Hill Vegas. Once you have an account, the promotions page lists what’s running. On 23 September that included the Bonus Drop Boost, a daily game where you drop a disc for a prize, with the prize instructions shown when you win.

William Hill Vegas App

William Hill Vegas gives mobile players the choice of either downloading the app from Google Play or the App Store, or heading to the site in a browser. The app is called William Hill Vegas Casino on both.

Apple’s UK store shows 4.5 from 19,938 ratings, and the latest version came out on 2 September 2026. On Google Play it has 4.2 stars from 2,710 reviews and more than 100,000 downloads.

The app includes the bingo rooms as well as slots and live tables. Its safer gambling tools include deposit limits, session reminders and a Time Out of up to 42 days.

William Hill Vegas Login

Your login is the same one William Hill uses for sports betting, poker and bingo. There’s no separate Vegas account.

On a phone, you can switch on Touch ID or Face ID, or your fingerprint on Android, and skip the password. If the login fails, message support rather than guessing, because the account can be verified or restricted from their side.

Accounts that aren’t used for 13 months in a row are charged £3 a month while there’s a balance. William Hill tries to send the balance back to your last payment method first.

Payouts return to whichever method has the largest net deposit. With a non-withdrawable method like Paysafecard, the cash comes back by bank transfer, which needs 3 to 5 working days from a £25 minimum, with no William Hill fee.

Support at William Hill Vegas happens through live chat alone. Scroll to the Help section at the foot of any page and choose Message Us, and the team answers 24 hours a day.

The contact page lists no phone number or email for account questions. The one email address in the help centre, documents@willhill.com, is for sending ID documents.

If you’re asked for ID before a payout, expect to send photo ID, the front and back of the card used (with the middle digits covered) and a statement dated within three months.

The Gambling Commission account behind William Hill Vegas is 39225, held by WHG (International) Limited of Gibraltar. The Government of Gibraltar licenses it too. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of evoke plc, and disputes can go to IBAS, where it’s registered.
