Butlers Bingo Review

Butlers is the best known of Broadway Gaming’s bingo brands, but the lobby isn’t its own. Bingo Diamond, Glossy, Dotty and Rosy run the same rooms, the same promotions and the same promotional terms.

So this page sticks to what you need for Butlers itself. That’s the login, the app question, the welcome bonus and the short list of things that change from one sister to the next.

Butlers Bingo Key Details

400% Welcome Bonus on a £10 Deposit

The bonus is 400% of your first qualifying deposit, up to £100. Butlers’ own example puts £20 in and adds £80 of bonus. At £25 the bonus reaches £100, and paying in more doesn’t raise it.

It’s for new accounts only, and only for deposits made within 48 hours of Butlers approving your registration. Tick the opt-in during sign-up. Then claim it from the promos page or the bell icon in the lobby, and pay in £10 or more by debit card. E-wallets such as PayPal and prepaid cards such as Paysafecard are excluded.

The bonus plays bingo only, and you can’t stack it with a second offer.

Type butlersbingo.com in directly and the homepage advertises a different welcome, 100% up to £100. The 400% version is the one on the landing page our link opens.

How the 3x Bingo Wagering Works

Butlers’ promotional terms set bingo bonus wagering at 3 times the bonus. Take the £40 from a £10 deposit and you need £120 of bingo tickets before it turns into cash. The full £100 bonus needs £300.

Only bingo tickets count. They’re paid from your cash first, and the bonus only starts buying tickets once the cash runs out. When one purchase uses both, any win is split between the two balances in the same proportion.

You have 2 days after the bonus is credited. Miss the target and the bonus goes, along with anything it won. Ask for a withdrawal before you’ve finished and the whole bonus balance is forfeited too.

A second bingo bonus claimed within 48 hours is added to the first, and the combined target runs to the newer bonus’s deadline. Single bets above £6.25 count as bonus abuse while the wagering is still open.

Butlers Bingo Sister Sites

Four sister sites share the Butlers lobby. Bingo Diamond, Glossy Bingo, Dotty Bingo and Rosy Bingo are all Broadway Gaming Limited brands on account 39075.

Their promos pages list the same Golden Monday, Daily Deal and Loyalty Tokens tiles, then the same nine rooms in the same order. The differences come down to a welcome figure and which day a weekly offer lands.

Rosy’s Wheel is one spin the next day for anyone who deposits £20 and wagers £20 in a day.

Pick one brand and stay with it. Broadway’s promotional terms class opening accounts at several of its brands to collect welcome bonuses as bonus abuse, where it judges the aim is advantage play.

Butlers Bingo Login and Sign Up

The Butlers Bingo login page is butlersbingo.com/login, and it only takes a username. An email address or phone number won’t work there.

Your password needs an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number. If an older password is missing any of those, reset it through ‘Forgot your details?’.

Forgotten the username? Enter your registered email on the same link and it’s sent to your inbox.

To sign up, open the registration form and fill in every field marked with an asterisk. The account starts as pending, and you may be asked for photo ID to confirm your age before you can log in and play.

Is There a Butlers Bingo App?

No. There’s no Butlers Bingo app in the UK App Store or on Google Play. The Broadway bingo apps you’ll find there, such as Wink, Costa and Sing, are on another licence. Their publisher, Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, isn’t the company that runs Butlers.

Open butlersbingo.com in Safari or Chrome instead and log in with the same username. After logging in, the navigation bar along the top of the screen takes you to Bingo, Slots, Rewards and Promos.

Android phones and iPhones both work. A few games are still desktop only, so search the title from your phone to check.

Promo Codes and Free Spins

Butlers Bingo has no promo code to enter. None of the offer terms has a code field, and everything runs on opt-ins.

The welcome has no spins. Free spins come from three regular offers instead.

• Free Spins Friday. Level 1 players who’ve paid in £10 over the previous 7 days pick a mystery card for 5 spins at 5p on one of three games.
• Golden Monday. A £20 debit card deposit, claimed before 23:59 on a Monday, unlocks 9 Pots of Gold spins at 20p each.
• Daily Deal. A reel in the lobby, once a day, for anyone with a deposit in the past week. Prizes vary between spins valued at 5p to 20p, bingo bonus, casino bonus and an empty reel.

Anything the spins win is paid as casino bonus, with 10x wagering and 2 days to use it. There’s also no no deposit bonus at Butlers.

Bingo Rooms and Slots

The nine rooms come from two networks, Pragmatic and Dragon Fish. Our Bingo Diamond review sets them out room by room, and the list holds for Butlers.

Tickets for the paid games start from a penny each. Penny O’clock runs three 1p games every evening in September, and the one-off September Sapphire game on 30 September costs 25p a ticket for £2,000 in prizes.

You will also be able to pre-buy your tickets to the majority of the big games, so you won’t miss a game if you are unable to log in at a specific time.

The Slots tab claims over 300 slots and casino games. Eyecon, Aristocrat, Pragmatic Play and Games Global are the studios named on the About Us page.

Butlers Rewards and Loyalty Tokens

Butlers Rewards has five levels. Points are totalled across the last 30 days and recalculated daily, so a quiet month drops you back down.

Each £1 deposited earns 15 points. Casino stakes earn 1 point per £1, and cash bingo tickets earn 5 per £1 in the rooms that count.

Level 1 gets Casino Bonus Monday, 10% on a debit card deposit from £10, up to £50 of casino bonus. A £50 deposit brings £5.

Loyalty Tokens are separate and cover slots only. Every £2 of cash stakes earns one token, and 1,000 tokens are worth £1 in cash, a return of 0.05%. Redemption opens at 5,000 tokens, and tokens expire after 30 days. The scheme’s own terms still give an end date of December 2025, though the tile is live.

Butlers Bingo Withdrawal Times

Ask for a payout before 9am and Butlers processes it by 6pm the same day. Later requests go out by 6pm the next day, and weekend processing is limited.

After that it depends on the method. Visa debit can arrive in 30 minutes, Mastercard debit can take a day, and PayPal, Skrill and Neteller arrive within minutes. A bank transfer takes 3 to 5 working days.

Below £10, the cashier won’t take the request, but support can pay it for a £2 fee. There’s no undo either, as the option to reverse a withdrawal has been removed.

Money goes back to any card you’ve paid in with over the last 6 months, unless you’ve withdrawn more than you’ve deposited. Paysafecard can’t be used to withdraw.

Who Holds the Licence?

Broadway Gaming Limited runs Butlers Bingo. It’s registered on the Isle of Man as company 020664V, and the Gambling Commission lists it under account 39075. The footer of Butlers’ offer page gives the licence issue date as 6 July 2011.
