Dotty Bingo’s welcome through our link is a 600% Bingo Bonus on your first debit card payment, capped at £100. Pay in £10 and you get £60. A £20 deposit reaches the full £100. Opt in as you register, then deposit in the 48 hours after Dotty approves the account. Use the bonus on bingo tickets and play it through 3 times within 2 days of it landing.
Dotty runs on the same Broadway Gaming lobby, promotions and terms as four other brands, compared side by side in our Butlers Bingo review. Its welcome is the one that stands apart.

600% Welcome Bonus Through Our Link
Our link opens a Dotty offer page with a bigger match than the site’s usual welcome. It pays 600% of your first qualifying deposit as Bingo Bonus, with a £100 limit.
£10 brings £60. From £20 upwards the bonus is the full £100. At Glossy, Butlers and Rosy, the full amount through our links needs £25.
Go to dottybingo.com directly and the welcome page shows 100% up to £100 instead.
Tick the opt-in at sign-up. Once Dotty approves the account, you have 48 hours to make the debit card deposit, then claim through the notification bell. E-wallets and prepaid cards are excluded, and the welcome doesn’t stack with a second promotion.
Wagering a £90 Bonus, Step by Step
Dotty’s terms use a £15 deposit as their own example, and it shows how the 3x works in practice.
Pay in £15 by debit card and £90 of Bingo Bonus is added. Your first tickets are bought with the £15 of cash. The bonus only starts paying for tickets once that cash has gone.
Three times £90 is £270. That’s how much you need to spend on bingo tickets, within 2 days of the bonus landing, before it turns into cash. Bingo and casino bonus balances can’t be swapped, so the welcome money stays in the bingo rooms.
Anything won with bonus-bought tickets stays as bonus until the £270 is reached. Keep each bet at £6.25 or under until then.
On the £60 from a £10 deposit that’s £180 of tickets. A £20 deposit brings £100 of bonus and a £300 target, so a bigger bonus brings a bigger target in the same time.
Ask to withdraw halfway through and the bonus is removed.
Dotty Bingo Login
Head to dottybingo.com/login for the Dotty Bingo login. It asks for your username, so keep a note of the one you registered. The box won’t take your email address or mobile number.
Your password has to include a capital letter, a small letter and a number. If yours is older and doesn’t, reset it before trying again.
A password reset sends a link to your registered email. Dotty’s help centre suggests clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and restarting it first, because a saved old password is the usual reason a new one seems not to work.
Can’t remember the username? Choose ‘Forgot your details?’ and type in your email. Dotty sends the username there, so look in spam as well as your inbox.
On a phone it’s the same page and the same username in Safari or Chrome. You can only sign in from the country where you opened the account, so a UK account won’t open from abroad.
When You Still Can’t Get In
If a reset didn’t help, check the browser first. It may still be saving the old password, so switch that setting off. Then look for a typo in the username. Several failed attempts lock the account, and Dotty’s help centre sends you to its 24/7 live chat to unlock it.
A message saying you’re self-excluded means an exclusion is in place on Dotty or on one of Broadway’s other brands, as one covers them all. Self-exclusion lasts 6 months or 1 to 5 years, is set under My Account and Safer Gambling, and can’t be cancelled. When it ends, you ask customer services to review a reopening.
Take a Break is the shorter lock, from 1 day. It’s set under Safer Gambling Tools, can’t be ended early, and the account reopens on its own when the break runs out. A GAMSTOP exclusion blocks the login too.
Left a game open on another device? Open the same game on it and close it with the X on the game window, not the browser tab.
Looking for an App?
Dotty Bingo doesn’t have an app. Search the UK App Store for one and the top result is Dotty B-Game, listed under the developer name Dotty Bingo Dotty Shape Inc. It’s an education app for origami, with no connection to dottybingo.com.
Google Play has nothing under the name either. Play at dottybingo.com on the phone instead, and switch to Chrome if a spins round won’t load, one of the help centre’s fixes.
The help centre names Safari as the best browser on an iPhone, iPad or Mac, and Chrome or Firefox on Android. Opera and Edge can stop games loading on any device. Loyalty Tokens are desktop only.
Rooms Open on a Wednesday Lunchtime
At 12.15pm on 23 September, seven of Dotty’s rooms were running and four more had pre-buy open. Mystery Jackpot had the most players, 32 of them on 5p tickets for a prize between £10 and £500.

The Jackpot Room had 19 players at 5p, and its progressive jackpot stood at £8,025.90. Pumpkin Blast was the dearest room at 10p, for a £50 game with £628.87 in its pot. Bingo Deal, the 52-ball room, had 15 players, and Sapphire had 2 playing for 7p.

Pre-buy was open for Flip It and Easy Peasy, both due to open later that day. Each room’s network and opening hours are in our Bingo Diamond review.
Dotty’s bingo rules add two things. Some games only admit players who’ve deposited in the last 28 days. And if your connection drops, the game plays on and any prize is still credited.
Rewards Levels and Points
Dotty Rewards has five levels, and the help centre gives the points each needs over a rolling 30 days. Level 2 starts at 500, Level 3 at 6,500, Level 4 at 20,000 and Level 5 at 60,000.
Deposits earn fastest, at 15 points per £1, so around £34 paid in over a month reaches Level 2. Cash bingo tickets in the selected rooms earn 5 points per £1.
At Level 1 you get 5 free spins on Thursdays if you’ve deposited in the previous 7 days, and 5% casino bonus on a Wednesday deposit.
Each level up improves both. Wednesday’s casino bonus rises to 10% at Level 2 and 15% at Level 3, still capped at £25, then 20% and 25% at Levels 4 and 5 with a £50 cap. Thursday brings 10 spins at Level 3, 15 at Level 4 and 25 at Level 5.
Paying In
£10 is the smallest deposit. The cashier takes debit cards on Visa or Mastercard, plus Paysafecard, Neteller, Skrill and PayPal.
Paysafecard goes through the Rapid Transfer option, which moves you to a Skrill page for the card details. It can’t be used to withdraw.
Only debit card deposits count towards a deposit bonus, whether that’s the welcome or a weekly offer. Your bank may sometimes ask you to approve a Dotty payment in its app, and the card must carry your name.
How Fast Withdrawals Arrive
Dotty’s help centre says most withdrawals are paid instantly. The rest are handled in batches. Ask before 9am and it’s paid out by 6pm on the same day, while a later request goes by 6pm the next day, with limited processing at weekends.
After that, Visa debit can reach your bank in about 30 minutes and Mastercard debit within 24 hours. PayPal, Skrill and Neteller take a few minutes.
Bank transfer is set up by email. Send your bank details and username to support@dottybingo.com and the finance team saves them, once your account has passed its identity checks.
If you haven’t deposited in the last 6 months, you can’t request a withdrawal at all. Past payouts are listed in My Account under Transaction History.
Payouts go back to a card you’ve deposited with in the past 6 months. If that card has since been cancelled, your bank usually passes the money on within 3 to 5 working days, and if not it comes back to your Dotty balance. Under £10, ask live chat, and £2 is taken as a fee.
Is Dotty Bingo Licensed in the UK?
Yes. Dotty’s licence is Gambling Commission account 39075, in the name of Broadway Gaming Limited. Its registered office is in Douglas, and a related firm, Broadway Gaming UK Limited, handles payments.
Dotty’s general terms say player balances are kept in accounts separate from the business’s own. That rates as medium protection on the regulator’s scale, set up so balances would be paid back to players if the company became insolvent.
Written answers are at help.dottybingo.com. No phone number is given there, only the live chat and the support email.

Review Verdict
Our score for Dotty Bingo is 3.7. Our link gets you the biggest welcome of the five Broadway sister brands, £60 of bingo bonus for £10 and the full £100 from £20, on the same 3x wagering as the rest. Its help centre is the other strength, with plain answers on lockouts, resets and payout times.
After the first deposit, Dotty plays like Glossy or Bingo Diamond, because the rooms and promotions are shared. Its Wednesday casino bonus stays small until Level 4, 2 days is tight for a £100 bonus, and there's still no app.
