New players at Fortune Games get 225 free spins for Big Bass Bonanza, paid in three parts. Your first deposit brings 50, the second 75 and the third 100, and none of the three can be under £10. Spin winnings need 10x wagering as bonus cash. The cash you can take from it is limited to your deposits to date, and £250 is the absolute limit.
Fortune Games is a slots-first site run by Jumpman Gaming Limited under Gambling Commission account 39175. It shares its cashier, bonus rules and support desk with the other Jumpman brands, and there’s one bingo room.
Bingoqueen has no deal with Fortune Games, and this page links to no offer.

The 225 Free Spins Across Three Deposits
The spins land automatically, with no code. Deposit at least £10 three times and Fortune Games adds 50, then 75, then 100 spins to the Big Bass Bonanza slot.
Spin wins go to the bonus balance, not your cash. Fortune’s terms also let it set a maximum win on free spins, and once that’s hit, some spins shown as remaining can go unplayed.
Fortune gives no promotion to anyone with a pending withdrawal, and doesn’t add it later. Deposit with a cash-out still waiting and that batch of spins is gone.
What 10x and the £250 Cap Mean for Your Winnings
Say your spins win £10. You then have to bet £100 of bonus money before that £10 can become cash, and only bonus bets count towards it. Fortune spends your real money first.
The conversion limit matters more than the multiple. When the wagering is done, Fortune transfers no more than the sum of every deposit you’ve made, and £250 is the most in any case. Deposit £30 over the three offers and £30 is all that can become withdrawable. The rest is removed.
Blackjack, roulette, video poker, Hi Lo, keno and every other casino-style game do nothing for the 10x. Neither do progressive jackpot slots, and the bonus balance is barred from the two Fluffy jackpot games, Fluffy Too Jackpot and Fluffy Favourites Jackpot.
A withdrawal of real money before you finish sets the bonus balance back to £0.00. Stay away for over a week, 7 days without a login, and it’s wiped too.
Fortune Games Promo Codes and Weekly Offers
The promotions page lists one public code, FORTUNE2K. Use it on your first ever deposit, minimum £10, for a match bonus of up to 1000% and £2,000 at most. The same 10x and £250 conversion rules apply. The page doesn’t say whether it can be combined with the 225 spins, so ask support before you deposit.
Other codes arrive by email or in your site inbox. Fortune’s FAQ says each one expires at 23:59 on its send date.
Once you’ve paid in, these run on the promotions page.
- Fortune Fridays: your first deposit earns a Mega Reel spin every Friday for 52 weeks, with 9 Pots of Gold spins as prizes, 500 at the top.
- Daily Wheel: one spin a day, and the wheel pays in free spins.
- PRO Free Spins: a £20 minimum deposit, and 50+ spins as the prize.
- Turbo Reel: a £100 deposit for a reel paying 50 to 500 free spins.
- Fluffy Fridays: in September, a share of £250 each week, with an entry for every bet on qualifying games from 8pm to 11pm on Fridays.
There’s no 20 free spins offer and no no deposit bonus on the promotions page. Spins won from any of these follow the same 10x and lifetime-deposit rules.
Slots, Casino Games and One Bingo Room
Fortune Games is a casino site first. Its homepage counts over 600 slots, and its Google Play listing says over 1,000 slot and casino games. Blackjack, roulette and scratch cards sit alongside them.
Fortune’s bingo page lists just one room, and it plays 90-ball. Each game has three prizes, for a line, two lines and the whole ticket. Some add a progressive jackpot, paid only when the full house comes quickly enough. A jackpot marked “(40 calls)” pays when you finish in 40 calls or fewer.
Games that don’t reach a minimum number of players or stakes are cancelled, and tickets are refunded. Free Bingo stays locked unless a deposit went in during the previous 7 days.
In September the promotions page also ran a Big Bad Towers cash draw. Every £10 staked from 1 to 30 September was an entry, for five prizes of £400.
Fortune Games Login and Account Checks
The Login button in the header takes your username and password. The login box also offers Face ID and fingerprint sign-in on devices that support them.
Forgotten your password? Click Forgotten Password under the login box, then type in your username or email address. Fortune sends a reset link to your registered email.
Before your first withdrawal, upload photo ID with a selfie and a utility bill no older than 3 months. You can link your utility account instead of photographing the bill. Your card goes in last, showing only the first 4 and last 4 digits. Fortune asks you to allow 3 working days for document checks.
The Android App and the Missing iPhone One
Fortune Games® Casino Slots is on Google Play under the Jumpman Gaming name. It had 14 reviews averaging 2.2 stars and more than 1,000 downloads, and it was last updated on 9 June 2025. Its description still promotes the 9 Pots of Gold Fridays offer.
The App Store badge in Fortune’s footer leads to a page that no longer exists, and Apple’s UK store search shows no Fortune Games app. On an iPhone, use the site in Safari.
Deposits, Fees and Withdrawal Times
Fortune’s FAQ lists debit cards, Paysafe Card, Pay by Mobile, PayPal, Skrill and Neteller for deposits. The minimum is £10, and only GBP is accepted.
Only Pay by Mobile charges, £2.50 each time. Three cards is the limit per account.
Cash-outs are sent to a card you’ve registered. A mobile phone bill can’t take a withdrawal. Every request is held for 72 hours first. Fortune’s FAQ then gives 1-3 working days for the transfer, and its terms say 5 at worst. The cashier’s minimum withdrawal is £10.
A deposit limit reached at any Jumpman site applies here as well, so it blocks you on Fortune too. To raise one, email keepitfun@jumpmangaming.com with a recent payslip and bank statement.
Is Fortune Games Legit?
Yes. Fortune Games appears on Jumpman Gaming Limited’s domain list on the Gambling Commission register, under account 39175. Alderney’s regulator licenses the site for everyone outside Great Britain.
Your balance is held apart from company money but is rated “Not Protected”, so it isn’t safe if Jumpman becomes insolvent.
Chat is staffed from 9am until 4pm, Monday to Friday. Email answers can take 2 business days. Complaints need raising inside three months, by email to complaints@jumpmangaming.com. A year with no login, 365 days, makes the account inactive, and Fortune then deducts £5 every 30 days while any money remains.

- Fortune Fridays pays out a Mega Reel spin weekly for a year after your first deposit
- Accepts PayPal, Neteller and Skrill
- No withdrawal fees
What we didn't5
- Bonus cash-out tied to your total deposits, with £250 the limit
- Live chat only on weekday office hours
- One bingo room
- The iPhone app link is dead, and the Android app scores 2.2
- Mobile-bill deposits cost £2.50 each
Review Verdict
Fortune Games moves up to 3.2. Its 225 spins clear at 10x and are spread over three £10 deposits, and Fortune Fridays keeps a Mega Reel spin coming every week for a year after you first pay in.
The catch is the conversion rule. Bonus winnings turn into cash no faster than your deposits add up, and never past £250. There's one bingo room, chat keeps weekday office hours, and the iPhone app link in the footer no longer works.
