Deposit £10 and wager £10, and Buffalo Spins credits 50 Big Bass Splash spins. Whatever they win is paid as cash, with 0x wagering. The terms put a maximum on those winnings, set at the company’s discretion, and don’t say what it is. Nothing needs a code, and the offer never expires.
Buffalo Spins is a slots-first online casino run by Jumpman Gaming. The name suggests buffalo reels, yet the welcome spins land on a fishing game.
It shares its welcome offer and bonus rules with Big Thunder Slots. What differs is the games list, the ID checks and the login.

Welcome Spins with Cash Winnings
New players only. Pay in £10, then stake £10 of your own money, and the 50 spins follow on Big Bass Splash.
Their winnings land as cash. The welcome offer page puts 0x wagering on them, so you can withdraw what they pay.
There is a limit. The welcome terms leave the company free to cap those winnings as it sees fit, and they publish no figure. Reach it, and you may not get every spin still showing as left to play.
No code is involved, and there’s no closing date on the offer. The Quick Deposit and in-game deposit buttons don’t trigger it, so make the first payment through the main cashier.
What Happens After the Welcome Spins
Any bonus beyond them needs wagering 10 times over. Cash stakes don’t count towards it, and bonus cash can’t be played on bingo, table games, live casino or progressive jackpot slots.
When it clears, you keep no more than you’ve deposited in total, and never more than £250. An account with no deposits converts £50 at most.
Any promotion due while a withdrawal is pending is lost for good. A week without logging in wipes any bonus balance.
Buffalo Spins Casino Games
The homepage claims over 2,000 slots and names five of them, Gonzo’s Quest, Chilli Heat, Starburst, Rainbow Riches and Fluffy Favourites. No buffalo-themed slot is among them.
Five tabs run along the menu, Home, Club, Offers, Wheel and Inbox. Wheel is the Daily Wheel, one go a day with spins as prizes. Inbox holds personal offers, and each one only works for the username it was sent to.
The bingo page lists a single 90-ball game, so treat bingo as a side room in a slots casino.
Withdrawal Times and Payments
Every Buffalo Spins withdrawal waits 72 hours in pending, then takes 1 to 5 working days to reach the bank. The cashier won’t pay out less than £10. On a phone, open My Account and find the cashier button under Your Trophies.
Payouts go to a card registered on the account, never to Pay by Mobile.
Your first cashout needs ID. The photo ID goes through an outside provider with a selfie, and on a desktop you scan a QR code to finish it on your phone. For your address, link your online utility account instead of sending a bill. A document you upload by hand can take 3 working days to clear.
Deposits start at £10 by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro debit card, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard. Pay by Mobile works too, at £2.50 a deposit, and one account holds up to 3 cards.
Buffalo Spins Login and Support
The Buffalo Spins login box takes a username and password, with a Remember Me tick and the option of Face ID or a fingerprint.
Live chat opens at 9am on weekdays and shuts at 4pm. Emails to support@jumpmangaming.com get an answer within 2 business days, and the contact page is a web form. Nobody answers a phone.

What we didn't4

Review Verdict
Buffalo Spins earns its place on the welcome spins. Fifty spins for a £10 stake, with the winnings free to withdraw, is a fair start by Jumpman standards, and the utility-account address check spares you hunting for a paper bill.
We'd still want the cap on those spin winnings written down. Beyond them it runs on network rules, 10x wagering, conversion limited to £250 and three days in pending before any payout moves, with nobody on chat at weekends. We score it 3.5 out of 5.
