Kitty Bingo has run since 2012 and belongs to The Rank Group, the owner of Mecca Bingo. Cats are everywhere, from the pink Sign Up button to the Wheel of Furtune.

Its free hour in Penny Heaven every evening is the reason to look. The 6x wagering on its welcome bonus is double the 3x at Dotty Bingo, so read the terms first.

Choosing Your Welcome Offer

New players don’t tick a box for this welcome. You choose it by playing. Once the deposit is in, £10 spent in Main Event Bingo earns the £35 bonus. Spend £10 on the Goonies Megaways Jackpot King slot instead, at £0.10 a spin, and you get 100 free spins.

The deposit must be £10 or more, and a PayPal or Paysafecard deposit doesn’t qualify. You then have 7 days to make the £10 spend.

Only your first deposit counts. Make a second one before you’ve claimed, and neither offer can be claimed.

The spins are also on the Goonies slot, at £0.10 each. You get 7 days from when they arrive to use them.

The 6x Bingo Bonus Wagering

The £35 bonus can only be spent in Main Event Bingo. Before its winnings can be withdrawn, you need to buy 6 times the bonus in bingo tickets, which is £210, within 30 days.

A ticket bought partly with cash and partly with bonus pays its winnings into both balances in the same split. Withdraw any of your cash before the £210 is reached, and you lose what’s left of the bonus.

Winnings from the 100 spins turn into bonus money, which needs 10x wagering on the same Goonies game. You get 7 days for that, and no more than £200 can become cash.

Kitty Bingo Promo Code

There’s no promo code for the welcome, and none of the promotions on the promos page asks for one. Existing customers are told to watch the promos page, their emails and texts, and My Account, where Kitty puts offers picked for individual players.

Searches for 20 free spins or a free play no deposit code don’t match anything Kitty offers. Kitty has no bonus without a deposit, and slots can’t be played until you’ve made a real money deposit.

The free play that does exist is bingo. The Daily Free Bingo hour runs in Penny Heaven from 7pm to 8pm, with ten free games and guaranteed prizes each evening. The FAQ also points to a Freebies tab in the games lobby.

Bingo Rooms and Ticket Prices

At 12.40pm on 23 September, Bargain Box Bingo was the busiest room, with 510 players on 1p tickets for a £20 game. The 90-ball Deal or No Deal room cost 20p for a £120 game, with a progressive jackpot of £40,232.

Its 75-ball twin, at 5p, had £9,587 in the pot, and Fluffy Favourites Bingo stood at £25,951 on 10p tickets. Emoji Bingo is multi-stake, so the ticket price you choose sets the prize.

Kitty’s online bingo games come in 90, 80, 75, 50, 40 and 36-ball versions. Speed Bingo uses a ready-filled grid of 16 numbers and short gaps between games.

Kitty publishes its bingo return to player figures. 90-ball returns 68.44%, 75-ball 75.17% and 5-line bingo 80.50%.

Lose your connection mid-game, and the game keeps running on Kitty’s server. Any win is credited to your account.

Chat hosts run games in the rooms. The chat rules ask for English only, no capital letters and no talk of other sites, and a host’s decision is final.

Promotions in September

With a first deposit behind you, the Wheel of Furtune gives one free spin a day, between 8am and 11.59pm. Prizes include free spins, Slingo bonuses and cash, with a shot at £100 each week.

Bingo’s Best Picks runs from 1 to 30 September, with a different bingo offer each day and over £900K in prizes across the month.

Slots players have Daily Spins Bonanza until 27 September, 5 spins a day at 10p on a selected slot once you’ve played £10 of cash, with 1x wagering. Rewards Burst, a £5 million slots tournament, runs to 20 August 2027. Drops and Wins, a network promotion, has weekly wheel drops until March 2027.

Slots, Slingo and Live Casino

Kitty Bingo’s app is Android only. On Google Play it’s rated 3.6 stars from 21 reviews, so there isn’t much feedback to go on.

Apple’s UK App Store has no Kitty Bingo app. On an iPhone or iPad, open kittybingo.com in your mobile browser instead, with nothing to download.

Kitty Bingo Login

Sign in with your username and password. The password is case-sensitive, so check there’s no stray space at the end.

Five wrong attempts lock the account, and only customer support can unlock it. Reset the password before that happens, using at least 8 characters.

For help, the chat bubble on support.kittybingo.com reaches an agent from 07:00 to 22:30 every day. For a login problem, choose Account and Payments, then Can’t Login. Late at night, a chatbot logs your question for the morning team.

Payments and Withdrawal Times

Debit cards, Apple Pay, Instant Bank Transfer and Paysafecard all take £5 deposits. PayPal needs £10 to deposit, and Paysafecard is for deposits only. Kitty doesn’t accept credit cards or American Express.

Fast Withdrawals cover PayPal and every major bank, so most payouts reach you in 15 minutes. Without Fast Withdrawals, a Visa or Mastercard payout needs 1-3 working days. Kitty’s terms say it never charges fees on withdrawals.

Payouts go to the method with the highest net deposits. Look for KITTYBINGO on your bank statement.

Owner, Licence and Launch Date

Kitty launched in the second half of 2012, according to its About page. Its Gambling Commission licence is account 57924, in the name of Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, a wholly owned part of The Rank Group Plc.

Rank holds customer money on trust for players, apart from its business accounts. Leave the account without a login for 12 months and it becomes dormant, though nothing is taken from it.

Kitty Bingo Sister Sites

Rank runs its bingo and casino brands on one licence, with a separate account needed for each. Its bingo sister sites are Lucky Pants Bingo and Mecca Bingo.
