Mecca has run bingo clubs for over 60 years, by its own count, and meccabingo.com is the online half of the same name. The website and the clubs keep separate accounts, but the two meet in a few useful places.

The welcome is one. So is Mecca Cash Out, which turns an online withdrawal into cash at a club counter on the same day.

The £5 Welcome Offer and Club Voucher

Mecca’s welcome is chosen by play, with no box to tick. When you sign up, put in at least £5 as your first deposit. Then spend £5 in bingo for the £20 bingo bonus, or £5 on the selected slots for 50 free spins.

The qualifying deposit can’t be made by PayPal or Paysafecard. Only that first payment counts. Deposit again before claiming, and every Mecca Bingo welcome offer is off the table.

The slots option gives you 7 days from the deposit to make the £5 spend. The ten qualifying slots are all King Kong or Kong games, such as King Kong Cash Go Bananas Jackpot King.

Both choices add a £10 Mecca club voucher, sent by email as a QR code. Show it at a club with your membership card, and put it towards food, drink, slots or bingo. How the 5x Bingo Wagering Works

The £20 bonus has 5x wagering, which means £100 of bingo tickets within 30 days of it landing.

Some rooms won’t take the bonus. The terms rule out both Deal or No Deal rooms, the 75 and the 90, plus Best Odds Bingo and anything invite-only.

Mecca’s usual rule is cash first, bonus second. A bingo bonus is the exception. It’s used up first, then your cash, then any pending winnings.

A ticket bought partly with each splits its winnings the same way. Take cash out before the £100 is done, and any unplayed bonus goes with it.

The spins work more simply. Each is worth £0.10, the spins last 7 days, and their winnings go into your cash balance, with nothing to wager.

Mecca Bingo Promo Codes and Free Spins Codes

The welcome needs no code. Codes are for later promotions, and Mecca takes them in two places.

Bingo codes go into the Bonus code box in the bingo lobby, marked by a small barcode. Slots and casino codes go into My Account, under Bonus, then My Bonuses. The promotions page has an Enter Bonus Code button too.

Existing customers get most codes by email or on the promotion’s own page, so switch your marketing preferences on if you want them.

In September 2026, nothing on Mecca’s pages matched searches for a free £5, a £15 free bonus or 10 free spins without paying in. Every new-player offer at Mecca needs money in first, so a no deposit bonus search comes up empty.

Free play does exist, in bingo. Penny Lane has an hour of free games from 7pm to 8pm, and Lucky for Some is billed as a free bingo room. Eligible players also get one free pick a day on a reward game, where prizes and wagering vary.

Mecca Bingo Online Rooms from 1p

At 1.36pm on 23 September, Turbo Gold had 118 players on 5p speed bingo, and Snakes and Ladders sold 3p tickets for a £6 prize. Lucky for Some led the lobby, with 526 waiting on its next £30 game.

Gold Bingo is the big money room. Mecca says at least £65,000 is won there daily, on tickets from 1p to 25p. It’s linked to other sites, so you play against their players too, and its Breakfast Club runs from 6am to 8am.

Penny Lane is 1p bingo at any hour, with prizes up to £500. Emoji Bingo swaps numbers for emojis in a 50-ball room, open 7am to 3am from 25p a ticket.

Best Odds Bingo limits each game to 25 players with 10 tickets each, so everyone’s chance is the same. Between them, the online games cover 90, 80, 75 and 50-ball bingo.

Chat hosts vote for a Roomie of the Week after every shift, and winners are rewarded each Monday. In the free rooms and Gold Bingo, a broken chat rule can cost you chat at once.

Hosted Bingo on Friday Nights

Dab & Blab Live is the hosted room, on Friday nights from 8pm to 10pm. On 23 September it was also taking pre-buys for a Big Game on 25 September.

Slots, Slingo and Jackpots

The site is a casino as well. Its home page has rows for Only On Mecca, Mecca’s Jackpot Hunt, Must Drop Jackpot and Jackpot King games.

Jackpot King puts 3% of each spin’s stake into one shared pot across games such as Eye of Horus Jackpot King. The MegaJackpots slots include Cleopatra, Wolf Run and Siberian Storm. Daily Jackpots such as Primate King and Dragon’s Luck pay one winner each day.

Mecca Bingo App

Download the Mecca Bingo app for iPhone or Android. On the UK App Store, it’s rated 4.4 from 32,661 ratings and was updated on 16 September 2026. Android users are harsher, at 2.6 from about 2,400 reviews, with 500,000+ downloads.

For the app login, tap the Profile icon and enter your email or username with your password. Once in, switch on Login with Biometrics under My App Preferences to sign in by fingerprint or face.

The app also holds a digital club membership card. If you join at a club, allow up to 24 hours for the membership to show in the app.

Mecca Bingo Online Login and Live Chat

Log in online with the username and password set up when you joined. If it’s refused, check your browser hasn’t filled in an old password for you.

A message saying your account is on a break means you can’t sign in until the Take A Break period ends. After 5 failed tries, the account locks, and only the support team can unlock it.

For any other login problem, live chat agents answer from 7am to 10.30pm, seven days a week. Open the chat bubble on support.meccabingo.com, then choose Account & Payments and Can’t Login. After 10.30pm, the chat bubble opens a bot instead, and agents pick up its messages from 7am. Mecca’s contact article offers chat for customer service, with no phone number.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Mecca Cash Out

Paysafecard, Apple Pay, debit cards and Instant Bank Transfer take deposits from £5. PayPal starts at £10 and can’t fund a first deposit. Paysafecard is deposit only, and Mecca refuses credit cards and American Express, through Apple Pay too.

Withdrawals start at £5. Fast Withdrawals cover every major bank and PayPal, so most payouts arrive within 15 minutes. Cards without it take 1-3 working days, and MECCABINGO is the name on your statement.

With Mecca Cash Out, you ask support for a withdrawal of £10 to £100, then collect it in cash at any Mecca club before 9pm that day. Bring your membership card and photo ID. Bonus money can’t come out this way.

Licences and Who Runs the Site

Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited runs meccabingo.com under Gambling Commission account 57924. The clubs hold a separate licence, 2396, and their house terms name Mecca Bingo Limited as the company behind them. Both are part of The Rank Group.

That split explains why a club membership and an online account aren’t the same thing, and why the voucher and Cash Out both need your membership card. Rank also allows one online account per brand, so Mecca Games needs its own registration.
