Deposit £20 or more the first time at Lucky VIP Casino and a £40 bonus is added, so you start with £60 on the selected games. The offer applies itself, but deposits by PayPal or Paysafecard aren’t eligible. Deposit and bonus together must be wagered 10 times, £600 in all, within 7 days, and no more than £100 of the bonus can be converted to cash.
Lucky VIP is a slots and live casino site from The Rank Group, open since 2016. It has no bingo rooms.
The name suggests a loyalty club, but Lucky VIP doesn’t publish one. The VIP part is in the live casino, where two blackjack tables start at £250 and £1,000 a hand. Its welcome bonus gives you a week to clear it, which is the thing to check first.

The £40 Welcome Bonus
Lucky VIP applies the welcome automatically to eligible new players. Deposit £20 or more as your first payment, and the £40 bonus is added straight away, giving you £60 to play with.
PayPal and Paysafecard payments are excluded. To skip the bonus, take the offer off in the cashier first. Once you’ve taken it, no other Lucky VIP welcome offer is open to you.
The bonus only works on 11 games. Ten are slots, among them Big Bass Splash 1000, Gates of Olympus 1000, Sweet Bonanza 1000 and five Jackpot King titles, and the last is Premium Blackjack.
Wagering £600 in 7 Days
Your deposit counts towards the wagering as well as the bonus. The £60 has to be staked 10 times, £600 in total, and the 7 days start when the bonus is credited.
The five 1000 slots count in full. The Jackpot King games, like any jackpot or progressive game, count at 50%, and Premium Blackjack at only 10%.
Lucky VIP spends your own money first and dips into the bonus after. A win on a stake split between the two is divided in the same proportion. Withdraw any cash before the £600 is reached and the unwagered bonus is lost, and after the wagering, the most that can become cash is £100.
Is There a Lucky VIP Promo Code?
You don’t need one for the welcome, as the casino applies it to new accounts by itself. The promotions page says Lucky VIP emails promo codes to selected players, and those codes unlock bonuses or free spins.
The casino lists no bonus that comes without a deposit. Its FAQ says you need to have deposited at least once to unlock all the games, though some promotions can hand out bonuses or free spins that don’t need one.
Most searches for Lucky VIP free spins lead to the Daily Slot Boost, which asks for £10 of cash play each day.
Luxe Wheel and Daily Slot Boost
After your first deposit, the Luxe Wheel can be spun once daily for free, any time from 8am until 11.59pm. Prizes range from cash and 10p free spins to live casino bonuses and tickets for a weekly draw, and some spins win nothing. Prizes must be accepted before the day ends.
Winnings from those free spins are paid as cash. A live casino bonus needs 1x wagering on live games within 3 days, and no more than £100 of it can convert.
Each draw ticket goes into a £100 cash draw at 1pm on the following Wednesday. You can collect up to 7 tickets a week.
Daily Slot Boost runs until the early hours of 28 September. Opt in once and stake £10 in cash each day on any of 29 listed slots. Then 5 spins at 10p follow, playable on a Big Bass game of your choice from three. Their winnings need 1x wagering and are capped at 5 times.
The VIP Tables in the Live Casino
Live Blackjack Diamond VIP takes bets of £1,000 to £2,500 a hand, and Platinum VIP starts at £250. They’re the only tables in the lobby with VIP in the name.
Lower stakes are easy to find. Infinite Fun Fun 21 Blackjack runs from 10p to £50, and Lucky 6 Roulette from 10p up to £5,000.
The Game Shows row includes The Bingo Spot, a hosted bingo-style game at 10p to £10 a go. It’s the nearest thing to bingo on the site.
Slots, Megaways and Jackpots
Slots fill most of the lobby. The home page rows include Game of the Week, Big Bass Jackpots, Bonanza Central and The Classics, and the Slots page has an exclusive release, Kong’s Kingdom.
Jackpots have their own tab, split into Jackpot King, Rapid Fire, Cash Connection, Diamond, Anaxi, Mega Jackpot, Classic and Big Bass Jackpots. You must have made a deposit to play progressive jackpots, and many of them won’t accept bonus money or free spins.
Megaways games have a tab too. Among the Slingo titles are Slingo Fire and Ice, Slingo Rainbow Riches and Slingo Da Vinci Diamonds. Our Slingo sites guide has more places to play them.
Lucky VIP Casino App and Mobile Site
Lucky VIP Casino’s app is on Google Play only. Seven people have rated it, for an average of 2.3 stars, and it has over 1,000 downloads.
There’s no Lucky VIP app in Apple’s UK store. iPhone players use the mobile site, which the home page says is built for phones and tablets. Our mobile slot sites guide lists casinos with iPhone apps.
Payments and Payout Times
Whatever method you use, you can’t pay in or cash out less than £10. That covers PayPal, Instant Bank Transfer, Apple Pay and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Paysafecard is for deposits only.
Fast Withdrawals, available with PayPal and every major bank, mean most cashouts are paid within 15 minutes. Debit cards outside the scheme take 1-3 working days.
Lucky VIP charges no fees to withdraw. Statements show LUCKYVIP. Payouts from an account funded several ways go to whichever method you’ve put the most into, net of withdrawals. Lucky Pants Bingo, on the same licence, lets you deposit and withdraw from £5.
Licence and Ownership
The Gambling Commission’s register lists luckyvip.com as an active domain under account 57924. The account holder is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. That company is owned by The Rank Group Plc, which also operates Grosvenor and Mecca.
Players outside Great Britain are covered by two Gibraltar licences instead. The Slots page dates the launch to 2016.
Lucky VIP Sister Sites
Lucky VIP is one of 12 UK sites on Rank’s licence, and each one needs a separate account. Its casino sister sites here are Grosvenor Casino, The Vic, Regal Wins, Mecca Games, Spin and Win and Magical Vegas. Grosvenor asks for the same £600 of wagering on its £40 bonus, but gives you 30 days and lets £200 convert.
For bingo, which Lucky VIP doesn’t offer, look at Lucky Pants, Kitty Bingo or Mecca Bingo. Our Lucky Pants review covers its free evening bingo hour.

Review Verdict
We rate Lucky VIP 3.4. It's a tidy casino with fast, fee-free payouts, and its live lobby suits both 10p players and high stakes. The Luxe Wheel is a pleasant daily extra once you've deposited.
The welcome is the weak point. Wagering £600 inside a week for a bonus that converts no more than £100 is a hard sell, and Grosvenor, on the same licence, is more generous with time. A bingo player will also find nothing here to play, and the app has barely been reviewed.
