PocketWin Bingo

Full house, then the doors closed.

PocketWin Bingo shut in November 2024. This page stays up for the record.

The short version

PocketWin is closed. Its operator, Viral Interactive Limited, surrendered every licence it held from the Gambling Commission on 11 November 2024. The pocketwin.co.uk address no longer points to a website. You can’t log in, deposit, play or claim a bonus there.

Checked against Gambling Commission register

PocketWin, sometimes written Pocket Win, ran casino games and bingo for British players under Viral Interactive, a company whose head office is in Xewkija, Malta. The register marks its five other sites as inactive too.

Any PocketWin casino review or bingo review that still shows a bonus or a score is out of date.

PocketWin Facts and Figures

Website pocketwin.co.uk has no web address record (checked 23 and 24 September 2026)
Operator Viral Interactive Limited, Gambling Commission account 42739
Licences held Gambling software from August 2015, casino and betting from April 2017, bingo from November 2023
Sister sites jammymonkey.com, luck.com, luckycasino.com, madslots.com and mfortune.co.uk, all inactive

PocketWin Login and Old Accounts

There is no login page to reach. Neither pocketwin.co.uk nor www.pocketwin.co.uk returns a web address in Google’s public DNS, and an m. mobile subdomain doesn’t exist at all. We checked on 23 and 24 September 2026.

So the casino login and the bingo login both fail before a password is asked for. A password reset won’t help, and an old bookmark lands on the same dead address.

The domain does still list a mail server. An email to a pocketwin.co.uk address may therefore be delivered, but nobody is confirmed to be reading it.

If any page that calls itself PocketWin asks for your username or password, close it. Viral Interactive holds no licence to run one.

The No Deposit Bonus Has Gone

There’s no PocketWin no deposit bonus, no welcome bonus and no free spins. A bonus needs a licensed operator behind it, and Viral Interactive has had no licence in Britain since November 2024.

Some pages still advertise a PocketWin sign-up offer. They’re showing an offer that can’t be claimed. If a link promising one sends you to a different brand, you’re on another operator’s site, so read that site’s own terms before you sign up.

Casino, Bingo and the Mobile App

The Commission’s register shows how the business grew. A gambling software licence came first, in August 2015. Remote casino and betting licences followed on 13 April 2017.

Bingo came late. The remote bingo licence started on 27 November 2023 and ended less than a year later, on 11 November 2024, with the rest.

The PocketWin casino app and the mobile site relied on those same licences. Neither can take a deposit or a stake from a player in Britain now. If the app is still on your phone, you can delete it.

Money Left in a PocketWin Account

There’s no withdrawal time to quote, because the cashier is offline and a normal withdrawal can’t be requested.

The Gambling Commission’s guide to your money when a gambling business goes bust says deposits aren’t protected the way a bank account is. It counts three things as your money. These are deposits in your account, winnings owed to you or left there, and bonus money you’d already become entitled to under the offer’s terms.

Every licensed business must say in its terms whether those funds are not protected, or have medium or high protection. With no protection, the Commission says you would likely lose the money if the business became insolvent. PocketWin’s terms are offline, so its rating can’t be checked now.

For a dispute, the Commission’s order is fixed.

  1. Complain to the business first, with dates, times and amounts, and keep copies.
  2. It has 8 weeks to reply.
  3. After that, you can take it to an Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, which is free and independent. The business should tell you which one, often in a deadlock letter.

The Commission itself doesn’t settle complaints about gambling transactions.

PocketWin Sister Sites

The register lists six domains for Viral Interactive. Besides PocketWin, they are

  • jammymonkey.com
  • luck.com
  • luckycasino.com
  • madslots.com
  • mfortune.co.uk

Every one is marked Inactive. None of them can take a bet from you in Britain, so an old account on a sister site is in the same position as one at PocketWin.
