Polo Bingo Review

“Add £10, Play with £40” is the headline on polobingo.com. It’s accurate, but only £10 of that £40 is cash you can withdraw. Polo runs on Broadway’s Dragonfish network, and its own homepage points visitors to a sister site.

This review explains the banner, then the parts of Polo that differ from its sister sites.

The £40 Welcome Banner Explained

The £40 is your own £10 plus a £30 bingo bonus. It’s for newly registered players. Enter WELCOME30 and deposit £10 or more, using Deposit on the Offers tab.

The bonus is a 300% match with a £30 cap. Paying in £20 still gets you £30 of bonus, not £60.

Here’s how the £40 gets used. Your £10 of cash goes first, on anything. The £30 bonus then buys bingo tickets only, and it takes £120 of tickets, 4x the bonus, before its winnings become withdrawable.

The award starts a 5-day clock. A withdrawal, or 5 days without signing in, ends the bonus early.

Polobingo Login and ID Checks

On polobingo.com, press LOGIN and give the email or username on your account, with the password after it. Registration asks for your name, home address, email and date of birth.

When Polo needs documents, its customer security team emails you and prompts appear in the account. Until the checks are done, some options on the account may be restricted. Its help centre says documents take between 3 and 7 business days to approve, depending on what you send.

Some players are also asked to show where their money comes from. Polo calls this source of funds verification, and it means sending financial documents.

Swedish Bingo and the Chat Rooms

Polo’s homepage names Swedish bingo, which it also calls 5 line, alongside 75 ball, 90 ball and progressive jackpot games. That makes it one of the Dragonfish sites that mentions Swedish bingo on its front page.

The bingo games page adds hosted chat rooms with their own games, and pre-bought tickets for scheduled games. According to Polo’s homepage, penny games are on the mobile site.

Polo’s homepage also warns that part of its casino is offline for now. Slots and Slingo are still listed.

Phones and Tablets

Polo’s mobile page talks about a “mobile site and bingo app”. We couldn’t find a Polo app in the GB App Store, and there isn’t one among Broadway’s 19 Google Play apps.

The mobile site is what you’ll use. If a game shows an error when you rotate your phone, Polo’s help centre suggests checking the portrait lock first.

Cashing Out and Checking Your History

Each deposit method gets paid back first, up to what it put in. The help centre calls this the Transaction Balance. Only once it’s covered can you choose where the rest goes.

Processing is 2 business days. Counting that, a PayPal payout is complete in 4 or 5 business days end to end. Payouts to cards and to Apple Pay need 4 to 7. Each PayPal transaction costs 10p.

To see what you’ve been paid, open the cashier from your balance and choose Transactions. It goes back 90 days. The My History report on your account page covers the same period.

Polo Bingo Sister Sites

Polo’s homepage tells visitors to check out Ted Bingo. Ted’s code, WELCOME20, gives £20 on a £10 deposit, which is £10 less than Polo gives.
