Ted accepts either your username or your email as the first half of the login, then your password. You’ll find the LOGIN button on the homepage beside the registration button.

Password not working? Click Log In, then Forgotten Password, and Ted emails you a reset link. Give it 5 to 10 minutes and look in your junk folder too.

Ted’s help centre has a tip for when the link won’t open. Copy it, paste it into Chrome and press enter. The link expires, so use it soon.

Forgotten the username rather than the password? That one can’t be reset online. Support will look it up once you’ve sent them a copy of your ID.

Is Ted Bingo Worth Joining?

Ted costs little to try. The full bonus needs only a £10 deposit, 4x wagering is light, and the rooms on Ted’s own pages start at a penny.

What counts against it is how little is on offer once you’ve joined. Ted has no promotions page (tedbingo.com/promotions returns an error page), and the only offer Ted advertises is the one for new players.

WELCOME20, the Ted Bingo Promo Code

Ted publishes one code, WELCOME20, and it’s for your first deposit on a new account.

Deposit at least £10 with it and the bingo bonus is 200% of that deposit, up to £20. Because £10 already reaches the £20 maximum, a bigger deposit doesn’t bring a bigger bonus.

Don’t use the normal cashier. The Deposit button you want is inside the Offers tab, and the code goes in as you pay. Once it’s credited, check the bonus balance, or claim it from rewards and vouchers if it’s waiting there.

It won’t stack with another promotion.

How 4x Wagering Works on £20

Four times £20 means £80 of bingo tickets before the bonus winnings become cash.

The bonus only works on bingo, and it waits until your cash balance is empty, so every deposited pound is spent before it. Anything it wins stays as bingo bonus until the 4x is done, and then Ted’s general terms move it across to cash.

Three things end the bonus early. It runs out 5 days from when Ted awards it. Withdrawing cancels any bonus still in the account. And 5 days without a login costs you the bonuses, vouchers and any winnings still being wagered.

Rooms Named in the Game Guides

You can’t see the lobby until you log in, but Ted’s game guides name some of its rooms.

On the 90 ball page there’s Penny Express, with tickets for a few pennies and a progressive jackpot, and 777, where you can buy up to 96 tickets. 50 Daily is a pre-buy room, and Ted says you get in by invitation.

The 75 ball page lists Money Penny, with 1p cards and a daily jackpot of up to £250, plus Moonalicious, Linked & Loaded 75 and a Mystery Jackpot room paying up to £500. The amount stays secret until 10 seconds before the first call.

Bingo Roulette is Ted’s 52-5 game. Each ticket has 5 numbers out of 52, called on a roulette wheel, and only a full house wins.

Tickets come in batches of 24, 48, 72 or 96, or you can pick single cards.

Ted Bingo Casino Games and Slingo

The homepage puts the count at 500 games, and most of the grid is slots. Big Bass titles fill the first row, with Hyper Strike CASH Megaways, Temple of Ausar Jackpot and Kiss Me Clover Jackpot further down.

Slingo gets its own section. Ted’s guide names Slingo Extreme, Big Money Slingo, Slingo Reel Riches and versions of Deal or No Deal and Britain’s Got Talent, and Slingo Deadliest Catch is on the homepage grid.

Scratchcards and online casino games have their own pages in the menu. None of them accept the welcome bonus.

The Android App and the Mobile Site

Ted Bingo’s app is on Google Play, with Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited listed as the developer. 102 reviews give it an average of 4.3, downloads have passed 1,000, and the last update came on 20 August 2026.

Apple users have no app to download. We searched the UK App Store and found no Ted Bingo listing from Broadway, although Ted’s iPhone page still describes downloading one.

On an iPhone, open the mobile site in Safari or Chrome instead. Ted’s help centre recommends Chrome, and says the platform runs on iPhones, iPads and Android phones and tablets.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Pay by Mobile

Ted’s cashier takes three methods, for deposits and withdrawals alike. Those three are PayPal, Apple Pay and your debit card, Visa or Mastercard. Each PayPal transaction costs 10p.

Don’t be misled by the Pay by Mobile Casino link in Ted’s menu. Phone-bill deposits aren’t in the terms.

Ted spends 2 business days processing a withdrawal before it’s sent. PayPal usually lands 4 to 5 business days after you ask, while cards and Apple Pay take between 4 and 7. Withdrawals go only to methods that have already taken a deposit from you, and the money shows on your statement as Broadway Gaming UK Ltd.

Ted may ask for photo ID and a utility bill or government letter from the last 3 months before paying out. Its help centre says approving documents takes 3 to 7 business days at most.

The company behind Ted is based in Dublin, on account 58267 with the Gambling Commission. The register’s entry for that account includes tedbingo.com as an active domain.
