New Moon Bingo players can claim a 100% bingo bonus with the code WELCOME50, and £50 is the cap. The code needs a first deposit, £10 at the least. The bonus has 4x wagering on bingo and a 5-day life from the moment Moon credits it. Signing up without depositing earns nothing.
Moon Bingo is a space-themed site on Broadway Gaming’s Dragonfish network, with an app in both stores. More people search for its login page than for anything else about it.
This review starts there, then covers the code, the games, the apps and how payouts work.

Moon Bingo Login
The LOGIN button sits beside the registration button in the moonbingo.com header. It accepts a username or an email address, then your password. The moonbingo.com website is powered by Dragonfish software, so signing in works the same way as on other sites on that network.
If Moon refuses you, run through this list.
- Typing. One extra space, or caps lock left on, is enough.
- Where you are. Moon can only take players living in Britain or Ireland, and a login from another country is blocked.
- A VPN. Switch off anything that reroutes your connection, even if it’s only running in the background.
- Account checks. Moon’s Customer Security, Safer Gaming and Customer Support teams all send emails about restrictions, so search your spam as well.
Forgot the password? Press Forgotten Password and wait 5 to 10 minutes for the email. Moon’s help centre says to copy that link and paste it into Chrome, rather than opening it straight from the email. It expires, so don’t leave it until tomorrow.
Can’t remember your username? Only support can tell you, once you send a photo of a valid passport, driving licence or citizen card, showing every edge of it.
The Moon Bingo Promo Code and First Deposit
Moon publishes one code, WELCOME50. It is for newly registered players and their first payment in.
Go to Offers and press Deposit on that tab, not in the cashier. Pay in £10 at least.
Moon matches 100% of that deposit in bingo bonus. £10 gets £10, £25 gets £25, and anything from £50 up gets the £50 maximum. It can’t be stacked with another promotion.
Once credited, it shows in your bonus balance, or can be claimed from the rewards and vouchers area.
Wagering and the 5-Day Clock
Bonus money only comes into play for bingo tickets once the cash in your account is spent. Moon asks for 4x wagering before bonus winnings count as cash, so the full £50 means £200 in tickets.
Winnings from bonus tickets wait in the bonus balance until that’s done.
The bonus is lost early in three ways.
- The 5 days since it was credited pass.
- Five days pass without a single login. Chat points, loyalty points and shop coins go with it.
- You ask for a withdrawal.
Chat Games, Slingo and Scratchcards
Four kinds of bingo appear on Moon’s bingo page. Swedish and 52 ball sit alongside 90 and 75 ball, plus progressive jackpot rooms. Ticket prices and the jackpot show as you enter a room.
Hosts in the chat rooms run side games for prizes. Tea Time, Flip Flop and Give Us A Kiss are three that Moon names.
Slingo and scratchcards get their own tabs in the header here, which not every sister site does. The Slingo shelf includes Slingo Deadliest Catch, Slingo Racing and Slingo Big Wheel. Moon’s scratchcard page says online cards generally cost £1 to £5.
The homepage says there are 500+ slots and bingo games. Rugby Penny Roller, Geese with Attitude and Queens of Ra POWER COMBO are a few of the slots on the front page. Microgaming, Eyecon and Pragmatic Play are the providers the slots page names.

The Moon Bingo App
Moon went into the App Store in December 2013. Today the iPhone app scores 4.1 across 224 ratings. Its 2 July 2026 release, version 5.9.31, brought Pre-Buy, for buying tickets ahead for scheduled games, and a new Rewards Panel.
The Android version, “Moon Bingo – Real Money Bingo”, has 3.8 stars from 23 reviews, with downloads past the 1,000 mark. Its last update was 19 August 2026.
Both apps come from the same Broadway company that holds the licence. Moon’s own mobile page says the phone browser gets the same games, so installing is optional.
Rewards for Regular Players
Moon’s homepage shows three tiles for existing players. There’s a weekly cash prize game, a wheel to spin and trophies you earn by playing.
None of them has terms you can read before you log in. Moon’s /promotions address returns a 404, and the network’s promotions feed for Moon is empty. Log in and check the Offers tab before you plan around any of them.
Payments and Payout Times
Three methods work in both directions here. Apple Pay is one, PayPal another, and debit cards (Visa or Mastercard) make the third. The minimum qualifying fund at this site is £10, and withdrawals of £10 or more are allowed.
Every PayPal payment costs 10p. If your PayPal account isn’t verified, Moon may ask for proof it’s yours before paying out.
| Paid to | Moon’s processing | Longest total wait |
| Your PayPal account | 2 business days | 5 business days |
| Your Apple Pay card | 2 business days | 7 business days |
| Your debit card | 2 business days | 7 business days |
| Your bank by wire, for anything above your deposits | 2 business days | 10 business days |
Business days are weekdays, less UK and Irish public holidays. The payer on your bank or PayPal statement is Broadway Gaming UK Ltd. Stuck with less than £10 in cash? Moon’s terms say support can pay out the whole amount if you email and ask.
Moon Bingo Sister Sites
Every site below shares Moon’s licence and Dragonfish lobby. They split into groups by welcome code, which is the easiest way to tell them apart.
- Robin Hood Bingo and Glorious Bingo use WELCOME50 too, on the same terms.
- Polo Bingo, Glitter Bingo, Loony Bingo and Lippy Bingo share WELCOME30, which pays £30 on a £10 deposit.
- GO100 at Red Bus and Tasty is a £50 bonus wagered 2x.
- Ted Bingo gives £20 for £10 with WELCOME20.
- Wink Bingo and 888 Ladies have welcome offers of their own.
Deposit size decides which group suits you. At £10, the WELCOME30 sites give three times what Moon gives. Moon only catches up at £30 and pulls ahead above that. Our Dragonfish sites page lists the rest.
Licence, Complaints and Dormant Accounts
The Gambling Commission account behind moonbingo.com is number 58267, and the name on it reads Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, of Hanover Quay, Dublin.
Moon’s help centre says its live chat never closes. Complaints that support can’t settle go in writing to Moon’s Head of Customer Support, Manager@bingosupport.org.
One rule to know if you stop playing. Once an account is dormant and the steps in the terms have run their course, Moon deducts £5 a month from the cash balance until you play again or the balance is gone.
What’s Good and What Isn’t
What we liked4
- Apps on iPhone and Android, with Pre-Buy added in July 2026
- Slingo and scratchcards have their own tabs
- Hosted chat games like Tea Time and Flip Flop
- Login help that covers VPNs and blocked locations
What we didn't4
- A £10 deposit brings only £10 of bonus
- 4x wagering, with a 5-day limit
- No terms for the regular-player rewards until you log in
- A £5 monthly fee on dormant accounts
Review Verdict
Moon Bingo earns 3.4 out of 5. Its apps set it apart from WELCOME30 sisters like Lippy, Loony and Polo, with Pre-Buy on the iPhone since July, and the named chat games and separate Slingo and scratchcard tabs give it more to do than a bare lobby.
The bonus is where it slips. WELCOME50 needs a £50 deposit to pay its full £50, a £10 player gets £10, and the 4x has to be done inside 5 days. The rewards for regulars stay hidden until you log in.
