About

With no less than three Gala Bingo halls in Coventry, choosing which one to go to is hard. The Pool Meadow Gala CLub is found right in the centre of Coventry, so if you need something in the city, then this is your choice.

The bingo hall is purpose-built for Gala, which means it has plenty of space, is bright and airy inside, and has all the facilities you have come to expect from this national chain. Parking is available in Cox Street car park, although you will have to pay. Being in the city centre, there are literally hundreds of bus and train routes into the city if you require them. The National Express coach station is also just a stone’s throw away.

Coventry Cathedral is not far away should you feel you need a little more highbrow culture, and there is also the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum if you need something more to stimulate you.

Inside the bingo hall, you will find the locals and friendly and pretty passionate about their bingo. There have been some big wins recently at this venue, and everyone has their heart set for that next big win.

You will find the arcade machines and slots well looked after and also pretty popular and there are the usual dining facilities as well as a good quality bar.

Opening Times

Gala Bingo is open from early most mornings until 10pm most evenings. Monday through Thursday, it is open from 10.30am until 10pm, Friday from 10.30am until 11pm, Saturday from 10am to 11pm, and Sunday from 12 pm to 10.15pm.

Prices

All of the games at Gala Coventry Pool Meadow cost between £3 and £4 except for the big Saturday afternoon game, which starts at 1:30 pm and costs £10.

There are free games, too, but there is no prize with these. However, if you just want to go for some fun, have a low budget, or gambling isn’t your thing, then you can do so without needing to feel guilty.
